After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns and the ant activity you experienced, particularly in the primary bathroom. The home is on a regular preventative pest-control schedule, but Florida’s climate can occasionally lead to sudden activity. - You should not have had to handle this yourselves, and we regret that the promised follow-up did not take place. We’ve since reviewed our cleaning, pest-control, and communication processes to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and confirmed during a guest’s stay. - We’re grateful you shared your experience, as feedback like this helps us uphold the clean, comfortable standards we strive to provide every guest.
