Casa Rosalie is ideally located 150 meters from the beach and an 8-minute walk from downtown, with its restaurants, tapas bars, and ice cream shops. Situated at the foot of the Irta Natural Park, it offers a relaxing setting with 90 square meters of living space, featuring brand-new amenities and air conditioning in every room.
We bought it on a stormy day, charmed by Alcossebre—a town sheltered from mass tourism, with endless beaches and a family-friendly atmosphere—a village that offers countless opportunities for day trips, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Valencia, 30 minutes from Peñíscola, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Tarragona and Port Aventura, 1 hour from the Ebro Delta, and it also offers swimming in warm water until the end of September (and sometimes even into October... yes, really!) and hiking in the Irta Natural Park or through the Valencian countryside.
Located in a small complex of 25 homes—98% of which are occupied by Spaniards who are attached to their residences—it features secure private access, a pleasant communal pool, and a private parking space.
On the first floor, it features a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator), a living room, a lounge, a half-bath (with a washing machine), a covered terrace with a griddle and deep-fryer area overlooking a small garden courtyard, and direct access to the garage/storage room; and upstairs, two adult bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and two with 90-cm beds) and a children’s bedroom (one with a 90-cm bed) opening onto a large terrace, as well as a well-equipped bathroom with a toilet.
