The highlight of this beachfront oasis is undoubtedly the private 2nd-story pool, where you can soak up the sun while overlooking the shimmering Gulf. Take advantage of the convenient elevator access from the garage to the 4th floor, ensuring effortless arrivals and departures.

From March 1st through October 31st, guests can enjoy complimentary beach chair service, making it easy to relax and soak in the coastal ambiance. Whether you're marveling at the stunning sunrises or savoring the vibrant sunsets, every moment at Casa Dorada is unforgettable.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period's length.

Honest Review

The location and space within home were great! All the bedding was very comfortable and the AC worked perfect even in the high heat. The update with furnishings, excluding the family room were very nice. Communication with property management with minor things was great. We truly enjoyed our stay, however, since I use reviews myself I do feel I need to share those maintenance things that would’ve made it even better, especially for a home in this rental price range. The furniture cover on the family room sofa was so dirty to the point of gross. The remaining family room seating (2 chairs) were also visually dirty. The kitchen has a large area rug that’s very dirty. The dining table needed cleaning when we walked in as it had food smears. The kitchen cabinets need cleaning inside (debris)and straightened up as items are just tossed and stacked. Several items need replacing or are just missing. The crockpot was dirty inside. The trash can is very dirty - the lid had food debris inside. Just lots of those type things. The frig doesn’t make ice at all. All the porch furniture is dirty and needs washing. The locks accessible by key are corroded so it’s very hard to get keys to work. I opened a curtain in family room and rod fell off wall and light bulbs are out throughout home. Just a lot of general maintenance and upkeep things that need attention especially since it’s a high end rental and with that there’s an anticipated level of maintenance. We enjoyed our time even still.

Amazing!

This beautiful house is exactly as advertised! Beautiful spaces for everyone. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off when you’ve had enough beach time. Beach chair/umbrella setup was an added bonus! The public beach access next to the house was never a problem or distraction. Our party of 4 -girls’ trip- couldn’t have been happier. The elevator did not work when we were there but that had been communicated to us and we were compensated for it. It is a four story home and was not a problem for us, but if traveling with those who may not be able to do a lot of stairs it could be a hardship. The management company went above and beyond to make our stay worry free! Wishing I was still there!

Great stay

Just got home from a great stay at this house. Great location with easy access to both Panama City and Rosemary/Alys Beach. No high rise condos near by so low traffic and not many people on the beach. Neighboring house is really close but our neighbors were fantastic so no issues here. Everyone that used the beach access right next to house were nice and quiet. No issues at all. Pool was great and having a tv outside was lots of fun for kids. Only issue we had was the refrigerator ice maker didn't work well so we had to make our own ice (we brought plastic ice cube makers after reading some of the reviews) Overall excellent stay and we would highly recommend this property.
