The unit was very clean. The kitchen was at best, "bare minimum" when it came to pots, pans, food storage containers, bakeware, utensils, etc. We were supplied with basic things like 2 laundry packets, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 2 pot holders, 2 hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper. I am glad I brought my own laundry detergent and my own hand soap. I had to purchase more trash bags, zip lock bags. There was no plastic wrap or tinfoil. We also had to pay to do our laundry. I was under the assumption the unit had a washer/dryer. I will never make that mistake again. We got a handicap spot right in front of the unit, which was nice. The pool wasn't as clean as it should have been. Only saw them clean it one time that whole week. It was a pretty far walk to get to the beach too, especially with a special needs child. Too hard to get him to the beach in his stroller and too far to carry. There was a really nice waterpark across the street but couldn't access it unless we booked through the resort itself. Wish I would have known that ahead of time. I was given a hard time about bringing my service dog because they were worried about the landscaping and him destroying it but didn't seem too concerned about the trash I saw laying around the property grounds. At least I picked up after him.
