This historical 1946 Indian Shores home has been fully renovated from the floors to the ceiling to meet all your expectations. Only 177 steps to the white, sandy Indian Rocks Beach, a 13-minute drive to the famous Clearwater beach, and 25 minutes to St. Pete Beach. Youā€™ll find itā€™s a short walk to local coffee shops, great restaurants, bars to enjoy your favorite cocktails, a CVS store next to the property to pick up anything you may have forgotten ā€“ from toothpaste to beach gear, and entertainment for the whole family. The cottage also provides free WIFI, Spectrum App tv, and new central air conditioning. A block from the cottages you will find SPLASH Waterpark with 2 large water slides and one tube speed slide.

Perfect rental.

The property was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. Location was great, close to restaurants and quick walk to beach. I would definitely recommend this property and will be staying there again, loved it!

Perfect Trip

Soledad and Rob were great host and the cottage was adorable. So close to the beach and restaurants couldnā€™t have picked a better place to stay. Will definitely come back in the near future.

Perfect location

My husband & I stayed 2 days with my sister. The 2 bedrooms were perfect with both having king size beds. AC worked great!! Great restaurants and beach bars around. Beach is steps away. So clean!!!! They thought of everything! Rob was so amazing with communication. We will absolutely be back!

LUNA Cottage

We booked LUNA cottage as a place to stay in Clearwater (Indian Rocks Beach) near our daughters team, when she was down for Spring Break. I was looking for a cute place near the beach. LUNA cottage and it's hosts were more than we could hope for. First, the cottage is adorable, clean, updated and fully stocked. Rob and Soledad thought of absolutely everything! There was nothing we could have wanted or needed. Second, they were very responsive to any questions we had and just had a very friendly, laid back vibe- that you don't get from some hosts. We could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. They live in the area and when they realized we were arriving at night and they went over to turn some lights on so we would be able to see things when we got there. The area is very nice and centrally located, the house is right across the street from the beach, there are great restaurants nearby and it's a short ride to Clearwater Beach. On the property is a sister cottage, I believe it's called Sol. It would be a great place to come down with friends or family and you could stay together but also have your own space (which we definitely plan on doing). I totally recommend this property, you can't go wrong if you are looking for a place to stay in the area!

Tout est lĆ , tout est bien !

Nous avons bien profitĆ© de la belle plage (merci pour la mise Ć  disposition de draps de bain et des chaises de plage) et de l'excellent bar voisin, festif Ć  souhait avec un concert chaque soir, et vraiment pas cher quand on arrive de Miami. Nous avons passĆ© de bons moments parmi des gens trĆØs chaleureux et accueillants

Gulf getaway

The area is special, quaint and just what we wanted after a few days in Orlando. Lots of great restaurants. The accommodations were also great . It was nice to show up with not just essentials but also coffee , beach equipment and wagon for the short walk to the beach..

Amazing! Book it!

Weā€™ve been vacationing in IRB for years and this is the most well equipped rental weā€™ve ever stayed in. It was clean, had everything we needed, labeled everywhere, GREAT location. The owners truly take the time to make sure all you need to do is show up and relax! The house was clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked! The location is extremely walkable. You can walk to so many restaurants, two minutes to crabby bills, two minutes to the beach, the water park, CVS (aka local place to get everything you need), boat rentals, jet skis, the inner coastal. You just canā€™t beat it. If youā€™re traveling with friends or family I highly recommend renting the other house on their property, Sol! Thereā€™s a seating area between the two, laundry house with everything you need, outdoor games, outdoor shower, places to grill & eat. Thatā€™s our plan next time!! Thanks again!!!

We purchased our cottages in Jan 2020 and we put our hearts on this remodeling project. Listening to our guest and the memories that they make in our cottages make all our hard work worth it.

The property is located in the perfect spot, near everything but secluded enough for privacy. You will find anything you need at the property, from beach chairs, umbrellas, cart to carry all your gear to the beach, toys, towels, coolers and more.
