Dine practically on the beach with ground level patio or watch the kids play on the beach as you sit and relax from 2nd floor balcony. Enjoy endless walks on the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available for use so all you need to pack is a swim suit and sunscreen!! Also has two desks if you need to work while vacationing! High speed wireless and wired internet for your convenience. Cable tv and Firestick to watch everyone’s favorite shows from three TV’s! Comes with 1 designated parking spot. Conveniently located only 10 miles from St Pete/Clearwater Airport and 23 miles from Tampa international airport. There is only 1 designated parking space for unit B. There are public parking spaces on 27th ave entrance to our building and every block of IRB.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana on premises including common areas under the home, inside the home and on the decks.
We have a 9:00pm to 7:00am noise ordinance for the building to be respectful for neighbors who call this home. The beach quiet time is 10:00 pm.

We had the most amazing weekend in this rental! Have never been that close to the beach/ocean it was so nice! The house was clean, decorated beautifully, and the owners do such a good job with directions, tips etc. they have thought of everything! We will be back again!!

Beachfront bliss!

Can’t get any closer to the ocean than this! We had a wonderful week staying at Beach Blues! Beautiful condo inside and out. Lovingly and tastefully decorated. Literally right on the beach with just a few steps down to get to the sand. Amazing views from the decks and also from inside if you don’t feel like going out in the heat. Very clean condo, comfortable beds, and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Sunsets are exquisite! We’d love to come back next year! Host was easy to communicate with and gave us the best parking tips. We didn’t have any issues with parking or anything at all during our stay. Wonderful place to vacation in Indian Rocks Beach!

One step and your on the beach says it all!

This house is outstanding! The location is perfect! The patio and chairs are so comfortable and a view that is so beautiful. We had perfect sunsets every night and saw dolphins and a manatee. We definitely will try to stay here again. Thank you Rebecca! Your communication and suggestions were great! We will have many great memories

Bringing back memories

Great location and townhouse....right on the beach and several areas to relax, morning coffee, and sunsets. We had a townhouse in IRB for 15 years, but not on the ocean and we definitely found a better spot. It was nice to avoid the clean up we always had before we headed home. This was well worth the money!!

A Four in One Property!

We had an incredible stay at this beach property!One of the best parts was the variety of outdoor gathering spaces—each with its own vibe.We started our mornings with coffee on the top deck, enjoying peaceful ocean views. The main deck was perfect for mid-morning snacks and mimosas, and the spacious patio was our go-to for lunch and shade (Sunshine if ya wanted)—and all just steps away from the sand and ocean.The home had every amenity we could’ve asked for, making it both comfortable and convenient.The hosts were so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Truly a five-star experience—we can’t wait to get back.

The Best Beach Stay!

We loved every aspect of this condo! Our favorite part was sitting on the deck furniture right on the beach. It was everything we were looking for! Property was clean and stocked with all the furnishings. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again next year!

Couldn’t ask for more, relaxation!

Just a beautiful home and exactly as shown by pictures on line. Location just amazing and away from touristy areas but near enough to visit if wanted. Stocked kitchen, comfy bed, beautiful deck right on beach staged well with upgraded furniture. Couch and chair are a bit tired and spring back just isn’t there as I’m sure it used to be, but seeing this is a popular property it makes sense. The best is of course the location. Just a few mishaps on cleaning crew but nothing earth shattering and host was immediate in making it right, providing the 5-star. She was awesome to work with and quick with replies and guidance. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your place for others to enjoy!

Perfect holiday getaway!!

The condo was just what needed for a trip over the holidays! It has everything you need to be comfortable. The location is ideal. You just walk down the steps and you are on the beach! It is gorgeous and easy to walk. There is a great patio with chairs that you can enjoy meals and the beach without getting sandy. Great restaurants and bars some you can walk to. Enjoyed some activities in Tampa the aquarium and a Lightning game. So fun! Would visit again

Amazing beach christmas

Our family of 4 was so comfortable at this amazing property. Had everything we needed and location couldn’t be better to relax and enjoy. Lots of walks on the white sand beaches and looking for shells and dolphins. Hosts were great and had even decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise

Perfect Location

I had looked for a long time to find a location directly on the beach and without a long walk as I was bringing my parents and it's hard for them to walk long distances. Really close to restaurants and things to do.

Amazing property

We booked this property for a girls weekend and do not have a single bad thing to say. It was exactly as advertised. It truly is right on the beach and only 5-10 minutes from most restaurants. The condo was stocked with towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. The parking is a little tight, but do-able! The owners even gave us suggestions to make parking easier. We are already talking about booking this property again for our trip next year.

We want to share with family and friends for years to come and hope that you will make wonderful family memories here too!
