Located on the south shore of PEI, it is a cozy and comfortable, new, three-bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. There is wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom #2 has one queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The kitchen and living room are open concept and there is a 32 inch TV in the living room. There is a covered front step and a large deck, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture. There is a fire pit overlooking the water. There is access to a semi private beach less than a 2 minute walk from the front step.

The cottage is centrally located within a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown, about 30 minutes to Cavendish, 30 minutes to 'Summerside and about 15 minutes off the Confederation Bridge. It is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the charming Village of Victoria by the Sea. Victoria is a very quaint and small village with lots to do. There are several very good restaurants, summer theatre, kayak and paddle board rentals and lots of tourist shopping.
