One bedroom offers a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the second includes one twin-over-twin bunk bed. Step outside onto the private balcony with river views, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful forest setting and backyard fruit trees.

Located next to the river and just minutes from the heart of Yachats, you'll have convenient access to local dining, shopping, and some of the Oregon Coast's most spectacular attractions, including Cape Perpetua, Sea Lion Caves, and miles of tide pools waiting to be explored.

This home has two motion-activated security cameras that record audio. One is above and viewing the driveway. The other is viewing the outside of the main entrance.

HOA Amenities: Tennis court is available year-round. The pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal (summer). Access will be provided upon arrival.

HOA quiet hours enforced; no exterior lights after 10 PM

Maximum Occupancy of 4. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
