Whether you`re planning a family holiday, a couples` getaway or a relaxing island escape with friends, Caversham offers the ideal base to experience everything Magnetic Island has to offer.

The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features:

Master bedroom with a Queen Bed
Second bedroom with 2 Single Beds
1.5 Bathrooms (full bathroom upstairs and a downstairs powder room)
Open-plan living and dining
Fully equipped kitchen
Air-conditioned living area and bedrooms
Outdoor area to relax after a day at the beach

Spend your days swimming at Alma Bay, visiting the famous Geoffrey Bay rock wallabies, exploring scenic walking trails, or enjoying the local cafés and restaurants—all within easy walking distance.

Maximum Occupancy
Maximum of 4 guests.
No parties, events or schoolies bookings.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Stairs Disclaimer
Please note this townhouse is split over two levels and access to the bedrooms and main bathroom is via an internal staircase.

The property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, including some elderly guests, or for very young children without close adult supervision. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the stairs.

Guests acknowledge they use the stairs at their own risk.

No Smoking Policy
This is a completely non-smoking complex.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and the use of any similar devices are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including:

Inside the townhouse;
Balconies and patios;
Car parking areas;
All common property throughout the 26 Armand Way complex.

Any breach of this policy may result in additional cleaning charges, loss of bond, and/or immediate termination of the booking.

Respect for Neighbours
Cauesham is located within a residential complex. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, and respect neighbouring residents.

Damage
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly.

Safety
Guests are responsible for the security of the property during their stay. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the townhouse.
