Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. Any lease of this property must be for at least thirty (30) consecutive days.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed, and each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.



The property is located within the guard-gated La Quinta Fairways community. The nearest cross streets are Park Avenue and Avenue 50.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as unauthorized access is considered trespassing by the HOA.
