Waterfront home with your own Private inground pool. 4 bedroom 2 Bath, Sleeps. 12 in a beautiful tranquil setting. Hang by the Tiki bar, BBQ with family. Bring your own water toys!! Fish & set crab traps or just Sit on the bench on the floating dock and watch the sunset over the lagoon. Large pool and outdoor space. Semi Smart house. Stocked kitchen, linens, towels & some starter toiletries supplied. 8 LBI beach passes included! No parties, must be over 25 to book. No large groups of teens/under rental age. 12 guests maximum or 15 guests total with additional 5th bedroom add on option (contact for pricing). No pet (due to owners fatal allergies)

Excellent stay!

This was one of the best houses I’ve ever rented for vacation. The owner was very helpful and communicated wonderfully. There are nice, spacious bedrooms with plenty of room and overall decent beds. Would definitely recommend renting this house for your next vacation.

Amazing getaway

This property was beautiful and the host Maria was so easy to deal with and always available if we needed anything! The pool and yard are amazing and so was the rest of the house!

Beautiful week with family

So nice to get my children together for a week. Thankful Maria shared her beautiful home with us. Wonderful week on the water. Everyone loved the pool and location.

Amazing location, house host!

Maria had such great comm skills, sent me her personal cell phone and very responsive! As for the house it was perfect! Tiki bar outside was so cute, the house was clean and spacious. The in ground pool, dock, crab cage, fishing poles, etc...so many things for the kids to stay entertained it was fantastic! I wld recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a week getaway with kids!
Paddle board house has to use!

Amazing house!

The house is exactly as listed! It is in great shape and is very clean! There is so much space indoors and outdoors with an amazing pool and view! There are tons of beach’s and things to do within an hour of the place!

Loved the Family Time

Beds were comfy. Pool was great. Sitting areas were nice to visit. Our contact, Maria, was very helpful. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils and cooking implements.

Had a great experience. Could have left a bit more paper products for price paid. Would certainly tent again given the opportunity. great host. Answered questions promptly

I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation! I will note about the paper products, we usually leave a starter set for every guest with a secondary supply under the sinks and in the bathroom Cabinets/ laundry area! :)

Disappointing

Pictures look way better than the actual property. Can't turn thermostat down past 70 without calling the host to do it- then must monitor because it is auto set. House gets very hot & takes a long time to cool. Master Bedroom extremely hot due to skylights. Major bee/wasp problem 2 of us were stung. Host sent exterminator quickly which improved the problem but even after that it was still bad. We left 1 night early. Host offered us a discount on our next stay but we will NOT return! Very disappointed. Price point is way too high for what the house is & bee, wasp situation was too bad to enjoy the outside which host did not take seriously enough.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We made sure to promptly address the outdoor “bee” situation for everyone’s comfort. I’m not sure how we didn’t take it serious enough? When sending an exterminator out on an emergency on a weekend to resolve, if any issue. He assured us there was no hives but sprayed the area as a precaution. Like I said, we cannot control Nature especially in an outdoor environment. Our grounds are kept and sprayed routinely and your issue was one we’ve never seen. Everyone in your group seemed to enjoy the yard all day without complaints. As in our house manual it explains that there are multiple thermostats to control different parts of the house for our guests comfort, being its September we keep the comfort temp between 70/77 degrees which guests can regulate themselves. In your particular stay the temperature outside was in the mid 70s and you asked if I could lower the thermostat remotely for you to 69 which I did with no issue. Everyone’s comfort level is different and understanding how to adjust a thermostat may not be easy for some. No photo evidence was sent to us for the claims you made but we responded in a positive manor for you and your guests comfort. Your decision to leave early was not brought to our attention until a day later with the demand we discount your stay following it along with the weather wasn’t good that day either, which once again is out of our control. The cleanliness condition of the kitchen you left behind was debatable. I would caution other hosts about renting to you since your accusations are less then accurate.

Great stay, highly responsive host

Maria the host was HIGHLY responsive and very accommodating. She got back to us instantly when we had questions. We are normally “hotel”‘people and have never rented a house before. The house was VERY well stocked (you name it, they had it from games to blender to everything in between). It’s a great spot if you are looking to just chill out away from it all. It’s about 30 minutes to most major attractions and boardwalks. The curbside appeal of the house and what you get inside don’t match up. It doesn’t look like much upon arrival but you are pleasantly surprised when you go in. We had kids ages 11 to 15 with us and they enjoyed the pool and nightly excursions.

Beautiful house very spacious and cozy.

Our first time renting a getaway beach house, we really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and cozy house, we have fun fishing and crabbing at the Lagoon, thank you for welcoming us to your home and let us have an awesome time and create fun memories as a family, hoping to come back for our next summer vacation next year, thank you and God bless.

Amazing Host and great home

Maria was such an amazing host and her home is beautiful. She always answered my messages within a couple of minutes. My family and I had such a great stay at her house. My girls as well as my wife and I absolutely loved the pool. We had a beautiful view of the canal and the neighborhood is nice and peaceful. All the neighbors were so nice and welcoming that we encountered during our stay. Any request I had, Maria was more then willing to accommodate. The house had plenty of space and was well kept and well stocked with everything you may need. The area is perfect for families and I would highly recommend staying here. Once again, Maria is the absolute best and we really appreciate everything she did and appreciate her allowing us to stay at her awesome home and make amazing memories for our two little girls. Thank you!!

Everything you need for a great stay

Maria was an extremely gracious host and highly responsive to any and all of our questions. As a group of 8 (highly active) renters the house provided everything we could possibly need. The boat dock was easy to navigate and there was ample room on the deck to store our kayaks, bikes, and stand-up paddleboards. The pool provided a nice respite from the heat and the tiki bar was a great place to relax at night. The house was well-kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary for our group. Our family had an awesome week at Maria's house. 10/10 recommend!
