8 PERSON HOT TUB, MANY OUTDOOR SEATING AREAS WITH FIRE PITS & PERGOLA! FLOATING DOCK FOR FISHING, JET SKIS, BOATS OR JUST RELAXING ON A FLOAT! BEAUTIFUL BAY BEACH LESS THAN A MILE AWAY!

Our waterfront home is in beautiful Mystic Islands, a lagoon community w/bay access. 3-night min except for PEAK SEASON, Sat to Sat 7/11/26 - 8/21/26. MUST BE 30 or OLDER TO BOOK, ID REQUIRED FOR ALL OVER 18! Maximum 8 adults, 10 guest with children!

*IF HOT TUB NEEDS TO BE DRAINED, BECAUSE OF MISUSE, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $375 WILL BE CHARGED*

The house highlights 4 BR, 3.5 BA and two separate living spaces. Relax with the adults upstairs, while the kids enjoy a movie, play Xbox One, PS4 or miscellaneous games downstairs. (Both video game consoles have two controllers each and a few games to choose from as well)

Besides the generous deck space, our home has many other hidden treasures. It includes several gathering areas: two sitting areas both with fire pits on the rooftop deck, an outside covered seating area with a fire pit, 2 living rooms and a vast kitchen/dining area. It also offers a grill, an outdoor shower, electric car charger, 3 kayaks and 1 paddle board, corn hole, can-can, 4 beach cruiser bikes, keypad entry, plentiful parking, and a second microwave and refrigerator conveniently located on the first floor. Enjoy swimming, fishing or crabbing right from the 25ft floating dock.

The house is located within a 3-minute drive or a 7-minute bike ride to Graveling Point, a fantastic bay beach that is wonderful for sitting, swimming and tanning. It is also within walking distance to wildlife preserves, walking paths, ice cream shop, luncheonette and a coffee shop. Acme, Walmart, restaurants and shopping all within a 10-minute drive. There is even a museum (Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen Museum) that tells you all about the rich history behind this scenic town. Further, there is a sand boat ramp for small boats (35' or less) and jet skis located two blocks away at the end of Playhouse Drive. You can dock your boat (35' or less) or jet ski right at our floating dock off of the back yard. The locals are some of the friendliest people you will meet.

It is a 20–25-minute drive or a 20-minute boat ride to LBI, 30-minute drive to Atlantic City & Brigantine or a 40–45-minute drive to Ocean City and Seaside Heights. Hidden Gem!

4 adults, 4 kids, my sister and her family and mine. Our kids LOVED the place and we did too. The location is on a quiet street in Mystic Island. The bay right off the back of the house is perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking. Hot tub was big enough for the group. The house itself is brilliantly laid out and well appointed.

Ken and Jenna are wonderful, responsive and involved hosts who provide a beautiful, meticulously well kept home which served all of our needs which includied grandparents, their children and grandchildren. Their thoughtfulness included games for the kids AND adults, tv's with all the bells and whistles and programming, games for the rooftop and firepits in three locations. They even provided crab traps, an outdoor shower and a BBQ. We all had a memorable stay and would definitely consider Little Egg Harbor and the Duke's home for a future vacation.

A Short Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Grandchildren enjoyed the outdoor activities. Beaches were nearby and plenty for everyone to do. Home was clean and included many of the amenities needed. It was definitely a good find for our family.

Beautiful home

Jersey Family Retreat

Beautiful updated home with many necessities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed use of kayaks and scooters, rooftop deck with fireplace and ground level outdoor area. Looking forward to visiting Jersey Shore in the future.

1st time in Mystic Island

This house was an unexpected oasis for this area. We really enjoyed all the amenities including the kayaks, bikes, hot tub and a gorgeous roof top deck. Also, the nearby bay beach was very nice with a great view and white sand. The only negative was the abundance of greenhead horse flies but we encountered those in many areas on the Jersey shore while we visited friends and beaches. Overall, this was a great vacation in a beautiful house.

Lagoon House

Awesome house on a lagoon in Mystic Island. Check in was a breeze, ownwrs wvwn left cold drinkscan K cups for us. Great hot tuo and kayacks to use 7n the water. The views from the roof top drck can not be beat. Wevhad a great time!

Beautiful place.

House was lovely n loved the two separate living areas. The kids can play or watch tv on one level n the adults can do their thing on another level. Everyone enjoyed the rooftop n the fire pits. Gorgeous sunsets from the rooftop. Great area for paddle boarding n kayaking.

Perfect Summer House

We enjoyed our time at Ken and Jenna’s House. It had everything you need. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle board and especially the hot tub. The rooftop deck has the most amazing view. The house is cozy and decorated beautifully. There is not one negative thing we can say. We will be going back there again. Thank you for letting us use your home for a wonderful extended weekend. Resort-like property in NJ!

This house is amazing and very well-designed (best house on the block)! We didn't have to leave the house during our stay since the house has so many different amenities to enjoy and areas to hang out in. It is modern and pristine and it looked like we were in a faraway resort! We enjoyed the dock and water activities, soaking in the hot tub, had heated corn hole competitions and cookouts, did yoga on the roof, to name a few. The selection of board games were perfect for some laughs with our friends too! Thank you for sharing your home - we all had a wonderful time!

First time in Water World

Wow. Obviously a lot of love and thoughtfulness went into the design. Everything was first class. I think we used it all. and it was all user friendly. Hot tub was an important part of every day.

Awesome house has EVERYTHING!!

We are VRBO frequent renters. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at. They put a ton of thought and care into everything they did with this house. All the amenities are top of the line. The hot tub is huge and relaxing. The roof top deck is large, the views are incredible, and the setup of the deck is very accommodating. The pictures do not do it justice. The pergola on the ground floor is amazing. They have bikes, kayaks, paddle board, crab traps, games, and a great BBQ grill. The cable service is top tier, so you can find anything you need to watch, we watched all our favorite pro and college teams play all weekend. The house was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you need. Mystic Island is an up-and-coming rental area. It is very underrated. Ken and Jenna deserve your strong consideration if you're looking for a rental in this area.

Amazing!

This house was absolutely stunning! We had our own level and the kids had theirs which was so nice! We went crabbing at night off the dock which was so fun! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the views! The views are unreal! Top of the line appliances! The beds were soooooo comfortable it was hard to leave them! The rooftop deck was so beautiful and the breeze up there was awesome! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this trip the home or the owners! Ken and Jenna were so easy to communicate with. If I had a question or anything I heard back immediately! I can’t recommend this house enough! We all had such a great time!!! Also the guestbook where you can leave a message also had very detailed pages about everything and anything you would want to do in the area! The restaurants the activities so it made things really simple! Thank you again Ken and Jenna!

Nice, new, different, but...

PROS: 1) Many things to do - all in great condition - bikes, kayaks, SUP, hanging basket chairs, porches, rooftop Cornhole, amazing hottub (more on that later), outdoor propane "fireplaces",and I am sure I am forgetting some stuff. Other places had some of these, but often the equipment was dated/not full working order. All good! 2) Beautiful sunsets on the roof! 3) Warm, tranquil ocean "canal" -always in view and an easy jump/drop in! 4) Wife tried/liked some of the kitchen appliances, like the "Shaq" grill, the super-fast ice maker, and other things! CONS: 1) I was asked to pay a HUGE refundable security deposit (I can't find it now, but it was big? 10K?) OR get the insurance for $99. I have done this many times, and typically the security down was like $500 or so, or some had none at all. So I paid the $99. 2) Wife/young adult daughters were really put off by the active security camera directly on the hot tub. It seems quite unnecessary - well, because it is. I have stayed at several places with hottubs, but never under direct surveillance like that. A hot tub is a private almost intimate space. They could surveil access points. We are already paying for an insurance policy, so if something happens, we/they are covered. It was a HUGE negative for them, understandably. 3) Minimal towels for 6 people (minor). 4) Pillows were NOT good. Everyone complained. We overnighted some My Pillows. There's were too big and stuff or too flat. *Overall, very nice. Almost a 5 for us!

Our stay was fantastic! The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing, all while taking in the stunning views. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, fun getaway! We’ll definitely be back!

Quick getaway

Had an amazing time with family and friends! The house was clean and the dock was perfect for kids to go crabbing. We also enjoyed kayaking in the bay.

Exceeded all expectations!

I choose this property as an alternative to a beach/boardwalk location due to crowd concerns. My kids and their spouses, along with my six grandchildren (ages 11-17) and I have spent a week together during the summer for the past 14 years (pre most of the grands.) This home and this setting provided us with all we needed to enjoy every minute of the week. Aside from a date night for the parents, we didn’t leave the property! We kayaked, paddle boarded and swam right off the dock. Tethered floats were perfect for the hot spell we had this week! The roof was breezy and peaceful! The covered fire pit conversation area out back was perfect on our rainy day arrival! We could not have asked for a better experience! The top grade appliances were a pleasure to use in the very up room date kitchen. Thanks so much to Ken and Jenna for sharing their homes with my family!

Awesome vacation in Mystic Island, NJ

Our family of 4 had a great 2 weeks in this beautiful house on the lagoon. Very quiet and relaxing. The house is in a small community with friendly neighbors and clean environment. The house is beautiful and owners are great. We spent many days at graveling point Beach - 5 minutes from the house. Swimming and kayaking in the canals and lagoon are also great. We also visited Long Beach Island and Atlantic City. There are many local places rich in history including Tuckerton and Smithville.

We are a family of 4 who reside in PA full time and NJ part time. We have always enjoyed the Jersey shore. In fact, we were married right in Avalon on the rock jetty on the northern end of the island . We started boating a few years ago and found Mystic Island to be a great spot for boating, fishing, and going to the beach. We love it here and we hope you will too!
