Main Level
Partially Covered, Wrap-Around Deck – The deck is wonderful, with glorious mountain views! You’ll love all the thoughtful features on the large, lighted, partially covered wrap-around deck. There’s a smoker grill with outdoor dining for you to enjoy the amazing views along with your meal. You’ll appreciate the convenience of the deck’s sink. One side of the deck has a fire pit where you and your loved ones can gather, roast marshmallows, and make memories for a lifetime.
Great Room – The great room’s open floor plan opens to the outside deck. Overstuffed leather furniture helps you relax in blissful comfort in front of the stacked-rock gas log fireplace where you can enjoy watching a movie streaming TV with free Roku, or log in to your own streaming service. Or simply enjoy gazing at the mountain views through the picture windows.
Bonus Room – This cozy room off the Great Room has 2 twin beds, a vaulted ceiling with high windows, and a private entry.
Kitchen & Dining – Cooking is a joy in the modern, fully equipped “cook’s kitchen” with gas stove and granite countertops throughout. The dining table seats 4. The island breakfast bar seats 2, where you can start your day with a delightful cup of coffee from the drip coffee maker.
Master Bedroom Suite – Tranquil and tastefully decorated master bedroom suite with a queen bed and mountain views. The en-suite master bath is equipped with a shower/tub combo, large mirror, granite countertops, and an additional entry from the utility room that can be locked for privacy or used by guests.

You’ll adore sleeping in the loft’s private master bedroom suite! Perfectly decorated with attention to detail, the window view from the queen bed is lovely while the lighted ceiling fan provides a soothing breeze. Drift off at night after watching a movie on the bedroom TV. The en-suite master bath has a tub/shower combo and granite countertops. A “study” with desk and chair tucked into the loft’s landing outside the bedroom doors.
