Of course, the jewel of the home is the private pool, equipped with a luxurious lanai and bonus entrance from the main bedroom. We won't blame you if you want to cook up all your meals on the private gas grill and enjoy them poolside!

Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot are all within 16 miles of this home, with Universal Studios Florida only a 26-mile drive away. But between theme park adventures, guests can enjoy delicious local barbecue at Ovation Bistro & Bar six miles away. Also six miles away is Bob's Balloons, a local hot air balloon tour company offering excursions to the sky. Plus, if a shopping spree is on the agenda, the Premium Outlet Malls are also close by!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
