No need to use elevators or the lobby - private access to/from your unit from the beach/pool.

We have stocked it with everything you might need to work or play at the beach, including 3 brand new smart TVs, high speed internet (WiFi from the pool!), a Nespresso coffee maker and Alexa, to name only a few.

REMOTE WORK FRIENDLY - Why not work from our ocean front balcony or the pool for a month or three? No need for a fake beach Zoom background! Work at 2 desks in separate rooms (including portable monitor, mouse and "laptop tent" to shield glare from the sun), and afterward go to the beach, pool, play golf or shop at the boutiques in St. Armand’s Circle.

Your primary bedroom features a King sized bed with another breathtaking view of the ocean. Your completely remodeled en suite spa bathroom includes a direct view of the ocean from your shower, spacious walk-in closet, double sink, natural stone countertops, RH fixtures and plush cotton luxury towels. This room also includes a work area.

The second en suite bedroom features a king bed for guests, a bunk nook for teenagers or grandchildren, and a large adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower that is also useful from the main living space. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and an additional desk for separated conversations.

The newly remodeled chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line GE Monogram appliances (please note, the cooktop is induction) and natural stone countertops, in a re-imagined open floor plan perfect for entertaining friends and family.

The total rental amount is due upon booking the reservation. There is a 12% tax, one-time post-visit cleaning fee of $150.00 (cleaning services can be arranged as often as you’d like for an additional fee), and Beachplace application fee of $150.00.
