IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION TOTAL A 6% COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX ON YOUR TOTAL RENTAL RATE WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECK IN.

Guest access
CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. You will be given an access code to enter the condo on your own.

Ocean Village offers a wide variety of amenities that you will have full access to including a 9 Hole Par 3 Executive Golf Course, a Tiki-Bar, full service Restaurant, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Fitness Club, 6 community pools, and great biking areas as well. Reservations may be required during "high season months, typically December through April.
30 day rental required. Detail will be provided upon arrival. Please ensure that you have read, understand and agree to all of the HOA rules. If you are not familiar with the rules, please let us know and we will gladly provide them to you.
