Our property management team maintains a text line with our guests and has informed us that two texts with check-in instructions were sent to you. The first one was sent 2.5 hours prior to the 4pm check-in time, which you text back at 4:36pm that you didn't receive, but the second you confirmed you did receive at 4:37pm. We always look for ways we can improve our processes and experience for future guests and we appreciate your valuable feedback.
