Renters must be over the age of 25. ID verification may be required. Booking person must be staying in the condo for the rental period. Failure to abide by the rules will be grounds for immediate eviction and remaining nights will not be refunded.
This spacious extended efficiency Direct Oceanfront Private condo is bright and airy, with a stellar view of the pool and Atlantic Ocean. Located on the third floor, Condo 318 has vinyl plank wood-look floors, two queen size beds with nightstands, a large wall-mounted tv, two dressers, and two side chairs. There is a full kitchen with 4 burner stove/oven, full-size fridge, table for 4 (+2 extra chairs), sleeper couch. Clean, crisp sheets, pillowcases and soft blankets adorn the two beds, while sheets for the fold out couch are available from the cabinet near the balcony.
The bathroom offers a tiled tub/shower combo, plenty of towels and wash-clothes, and a wall mounted hair dryer.
Located in the center of the hotel, this condo has a great view of everything outside on the pool deck. The sliding glass door takes you to the personal balcony which has a direct view over the pool deck to the ocean. A high-top table with 4 high top chairs on the balcony for you to catch a morning sunrise or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Black-out curtains ensure darkness so that you can sleep in, while also holding back the blazing summer heat to keep the condo cool inside. Once the sun is above the balcony, open the curtains and let the bright sunshine fill your condo.
There is a parking pass inside. Please place it on the driver’s side of your vehicle dash or place it on the rearview mirror.

Amenities include Heat/AC; Free parking; a starter pack of TP; a roll of paper towels. WIFI Log in and password are in the condo. Onsite 9-hole mini golf, kiddie wading pool, indoor heated pool, and gigantic outside pool and deck. Various assorted pool and beach items can be found in the kitchen closet.
Our condo is cleaned after each guest. All kitchen and bath towels, sheets and blankets are removed and cleaned. Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected (counter tops, doorknobs, tv remote, door handles, cabinet handles. The bathroom is meticulously cleaned and sanitized, as well as all floors in the condo.)
No contact check-in means we will preprogram a door code for you prior to your arrival. At check in time, you can go straight to the private third-floor condo, enter your combination and go inside. It's just that easy. We are not affiliated with the front desk in any way, so all questions or concerns need to go thru us or the cleaning staff directly. Always make sure the door is securely latched and locked behind you each time you enter or exit. Our goal is to make your stay as private as possible. With that in mind, no one (strangers) should be entering the condo during your stay, except for emergencies, pest control or AC filter changes.
There is NO SMOKING inside the condo. Balcony smoking (w/door closed) is allowed.
Balcony door should be in the closed position at all times, except when entering/exiting, when the air conditioning is on in the building.
Check in time is 4PM
Check out time is 10AM
Please be courteous in abiding by these times, as the condo must be cleaned and sanitized between guests.
