Each bedroom is equipped with a 32" Smart TV, while the living room boasts a 65" Smart TV for entertainment.

-Two spacious dining areas, each seating 6 guests, located on either side of the fully equipped open-
concept kitchen
-The kitchen includes all essential cookware, utensils, and appliances for a home-cooked meal
experience

👋 Guest Access & Info:
-Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding the locked owner’s closet
-The house is equipped with an electronic lock and you'll have your own personal code
-2 cars fit on the driveway. Please note that overnight parking is not allowed and cars will be towed without notice.
-We are available in person or by phone should you need assistance during your stay

This is a self-catering home: a complimentary starter pack is provided, but guests will need to supply their own paper goods, toiletries, and cleaning products for longer stays

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
-No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
-No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
-No Parties or Events
-Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests
-Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
-Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening

Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.

We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
