This modern, open concept home has been completely renovated with no detail spared. Your group can gather in the large kitchen island with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, in the living space with large sectional couch, or enjoy a meal together in the dining room. The outdoor space is immense, including multi-level decks, tiki hut eating area and huge, heated saltwater pool. Relax in the reading loft, watch the sunset from the deck and wind down for the night in comfort in one of the four bedrooms featuring comfortable mattresses with luxury, high thread count sheets.

Working from home during your stay? We've got you covered! Set up one of our portable computer desks anywhere that you're comfortable (we recommend next to the pool) and our mesh wi-fi system makes sure you have signal throughout the house and yard.

This house is on the beach side of Daytona Beach / Daytona Beach Shores. It is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood across from the Oceans Golf and Tennis club (open to the public). Walk the beach or - even better - drive right onto one of the largest, drive-on beaches in the area. Convenient to dining, shopping, the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, the International Speedway, Daytona Lagoon, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and so much more!

House accommodates 12 guests easily:
Bedroom #1 - King sized bed with twin daybed that includes a trundle for second twin mattress. Bathroom en suite.
Bedroom #2 - Queen sized bed with walk-out onto pool deck.
Bedroom #3 - Upstairs with queen sized bed (shared bathroom with other upstairs bedroom).
Bedroom #4 - Upstairs with kind-sized bed and futon that folds out into full-sized bed (shared bathroom with other upstairs bedroom).
