CLEANING PRACTICES

We use all natural cleaners and provide a 48 hour sanitation period between cleanings. We have a 600 point cleaning and sanitation check list between all cleanings. Don't stay in a hotel and expose yourself to so many people when you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a clean and safe environment.

Located in Russian Hill, just steps away from all the great neighborhoods that San Francisco has to offer; North Beach, Fishermans Wharf, Embarcadero, Union Square, Nob Hill & Pacific Heights. Sit inside this fully updated and refurbished penthouse apartment and look at all the iconic views in San Francisco; Coit Tower, Alcatraz, Cathedral, Bay Bridge and Downtown. Prepare a meal in your gourmet kitchen with everything a chef could need from Viking appliances to All-Clad pots & pans, not a single utensil has been overlooked. Crawl in bed with luxury king size beds with ironed Frette linens and luxury down comforters at night, every care has been taken to make sure your home away from home is absolute perfection.

This home is managed in a sustainable way. We use no chemicals to clean the property and only use natural and organically produced products. Even the toilet paper is made with bamboo to eliminate any loss of trees in the bathroom. We are very conscious of the products we use in our homes.

Classic San Francisco!

Wonderful apartment on all dimensions. Andy & Sebastian made our 8-week stay smooth and easy. Great location…quiet but walkable to many San Francisco neighborhoods.

A wonderful stay!

Andreas was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is very up to date and everything you could need in the kitchen. The views are amazing. We also really loved the neighborhood - great restaurant options and an easy walk to Trader Joe's. Will definitely stay again!

Best Apartment in Great Location

I have stayed in many San Francisco vacation rentals over the years - this one is my favourite! So clean and uncluttered, yet perfectly equipped. I could gaze out the living room window day and night. Wonderful neighbourhood, attentive host and even a garage parking spot. I look forward to retuning.

Great 30 day rental

Andy was terrific. Really communicative ahead of and during our stay. Property was clean, new kitchen appliances and updated bathroom. Beautiful views of Alcatraz and the Bay. Great walking score, just two blocks from Washington Square Park. We spent a month here during our home remodel in SF. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a nicely furnished, convenient, clean longer-term stay.

Exquisite, Elegant, and Comfortable

The property is more lovely and comfortable than the photos suggest. Wildly exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculate and elegant -- the layout, the details, the design, the high ceilings, the furnishings, all the small details (the most comfortable bed we'd ever slept in; beautiful white duvets; a perfect glass vase I'd never seen before anywhere; the robes; the fresh orchids; cozy sofas; gorgeous floors; big closets and lots of hooks; the latest version of a Nutri-Bullet . . .) The views, of course, are fabulous. My husband especially enjoyed evenings on the easily accessible and very safe roof. We were both so grateful for the warmth, attention, and support of Ed, Sebastian and Matt. I adore this place. It's really exquisite, breathtaking. We've been vacationing on Russian Hill for years, but this was the most elegant, beautiful, fun (it's near everything), well appointed and comfortable of any we've had the pleasure of enjoying. I can't wait to return. Thank you Ed!

Best rental property in SF

One of the best places I've rented, it is exactly what you see in the images. The place was so pristine and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, appliances and everything is labelled which I absolutely loved! Everything was so organised and it felt so cozy. I stayed nearly 6 weeks to recover from surgery and it was money well spent. Location was ideal to walk to little Italy or China town. The view was spectacular, and a lot of windows, I already miss it, it felt like home away from home.

Perfect stay for a 5-week get away!

My wife and I were looking to escape the Boston winter and spent five weeks in this apartment. It was just as charming as it appeared from the pictures and description online. The location was perfect the accommodations were wonderful. The communication with the owner seamless and easy. We just can’t recommend the place more highly.

Charming apartment with bay views

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this really charming apartment. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Amazing bay views! Don‘t bring too heavy luggage...there‘s no elevator. The garage entry is narrow, no problem for European cars, but a challenge for American ones. ;-)

Amazing

Place was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Most well-stocked rental I’ve ever seen. Only regret is wishing the short stay was not work-related and just for pleasure. It was awesome to have a safe place for my truck while UBER-ing around to job sites nearby. Great neighborhood.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was wonderfully appointed. The only issue we ran into was with the wifi, which we made due. Other than that, wonderful time! Can't wait to return!

Good, convenient, comfy, great views

Great apartment, simple shared deck on the roof with view over the bay. Responsive owner. Great location if you’re into bus travel around the city. Kitchen missing a few bits, esp if you’re a Brit looking for a kettle and a teapot. Also, wine glasses and a corkscrew. But all in all, great and would definitely rent again.

Lovely stay in Russian Hill

The location cannot be beat. The hills to the apartment takes some adjustment but the proximity to North Beach/Little Italy, China Town and even the wharf makes it well worth it. Accommodations were nice/updated with plenty of room. Rooftop deck had awesome views and was perfect for evening wine and reading. Our one complaint was the tenants below us. We kept to the “quiet hours” rules and took off our shoes when home but the people downstairs did not reciprocate. Loud music, heavy footsteps (sometimes sounded like child running), slamming cupboards, TV, loud voices (and dog?) during very early morning (before 8am) and late at night (worse one was a 1:30 am). This IS an old building so it’s, of course, not sound proof but it was pretty loud to where you could hear conversations. This was mentioned to the manager and it seemed the last two days of our weeklong visit was a little better. Between our bit of jet lag and the noisy neighbors, we were pretty sleep deprived by the end of the week. One other note...garage entry is REALLY narrow! Definitely a consideration when renting a car. In all, a beautiful apartment with great window views of the wharf, the bay, Coit Tower and the church steeples at Washington Square. Other than frustrating noisy neighbors, it’s a lovely and well-equipped apartment. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Amazing location and home

We stayed at this gorgeous apartment for 6 nights and just loved everything about it. We had already been to other properties Ed has in Sonoma and Puerto Vallarta so when we heard he had another in San Francisco we had to make a trip. As usual the pots, pans, dishes, sheets, etc. are all the best and in perfect condition. Details like the organic local soaps and non-chemical cleaners are always a great thing too. Even the items in the cabinets for cooking the basics are always organic and healthy. Loved this stay.

Perfection!

From the minute I asked for information about the rental, until I sadly closed the door at the end of my stay, this was the perfect vacation. Ed Newell is the consummate professional for this exquisite apartment rental in the heart of San Francisco. Ed and his team were so helpful in setting up my stay and assisting me in every question I had about the apartment and area. When I arrived, I was blown away by the attention to detail of the apartment. It was amazingly beautiful yet you instantly felt at home. It had all you needed and then some. It was a fantastic location, close enough to anywhere you wanted to go but far enough that you were were not bothered by city noises. The only problem was I never wanted to leave because it was so beautiful with all the amenities and views that stretched for miles and miles! This is the perfect spot for a business trip, weekend in the city or vacation stop in SF. Book early as this jewel is going to be hard to get into shortly!
