This rare gem boasts a stunning lake view, its own vineyard, a private pool and hot tub, nestled in between rolling hills on a quiet country road - the quintessential Okanagan experience.
Whether you are here for a wine getaway, family outings, or group yoga getaways, this home is perfectly laid out and located for you to enjoy all the South Okanagan has to offer. Located in Summerland, a charming Okanagan town, it's the perfect launchpad to explore dozens of wineries. You'll be a 7-minute drive to the beach, less than 5-minute drive to downtown Summerland shops and restaurants. Ride your bikes to wineries such as Sumac Ridge, Sage Hills Winery and Okanagan Crush Pad Winery, plus there are a dozens of wineries in the area to drive to. Golf at Sumac Ridge, which is only 2km away. And in the winter, skate or downhill ski at Apex Mountain Resort or nordic ski at Nickle Plate Nordic Centre. Big White Ski Resort is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
The Space
Enjoy 3400 square feet of air conditioned, contemporary living space. The upper floor offers a Master Bedroom with King Bed and 55-inch TV (Roku Smart TV), beautifully renovated ensuite and huge master closet, with gorgeous lake views and a walk out patio to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over Okanagan Lake. Also on the upper floor is a bonus room with 55-inch TV, plus a bedroom with Queen Bed with its own walk out patio with amazing lake views.
On main floor, elegant living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge and high-end appliances. There is a Napoleon BBQ for your use on the side of the house. Off the main floor, a large walkout covered outdoor living space off of kitchen featuring modern patio furniture and large dining table for entertaining, all with beautiful lake and vineyard views where you can enjoy a glass of wine and charcuterie. There is a bedroom with Queen Bed and lake view and a beautifully renovated 3-piece bathroom on main floor as well.
Lower level features laundry room with modern washer and dryer, 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, fully renovated bathroom and Entertainment Room with 72-inch TV. Practice yoga or piano in the yoga/piano room. Walkout basement to backyard and vineyard, where you can help yourself to blackberries, golden raspberries, table grapes or apples when in season. In the evening, enjoy lake and vineyard views from the hot tub. Room to park 3 vehicles.
Other things to note
We encourage use of one of the numerous deck and large back yard and vineyard but please note this is a quiet residential area and there are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or loud outdoor music as this a serene environment and we need to be mindful of our neighbours. There is no outdoor noise permitted after 10:00pm; any disregard for this and disruptions to the neighbours will result in us asking you to leave the property immediately. There is a maximum of 8 guests permitted in the house, with no exceptions unless communicated with and approved with us beforehand. Kindly note the home is equipped with NoiseAware technology to monitor sound levels, and outside video surveillance (no indoor surveillance of course). NO GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE (other than children accompanied by parents).

Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage and a small self contained caretaker/tenant suite above the garage.
