Very private, incredible views, perfect for two people. Very clean, modern amenities. Mary relaxing deck with views of a large portion of the lake. New barbecue, covered parking, bears munching on grapes in the vineyard in front of deck. All in all great place to stay.

Stunning views, immaculate property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great location close to lots of great wineries and restaurants. Host was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend this property. Its a must stay as a base in this area!

My partner and I stayed here for a quick 4 day get-away and wanted a tranquil setting but to still be close to amenities, and this did not disappoint! Gorgeous views off of the deck (where we spent quite a few hours kicked back with drinks watching the sunsets), super cute amd clean little home that had everything we needed, and easy access to the KVR, to vineyards, to beaches and to Penticton. Would 100% recommend for anyone else and would come again :)

Private and quiet property, spectacular views and great bike trail nearby. The house is modern, the bed very comfortable. We would definitely return.

A Diamond without the rough! A Beautiful property with fabulous views and the peace of a vineyard. All the amenities of home and more, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A turnkey getaway, not a better experience in the Okanagan. Thanks for the memories, Brian!

We loved this place ! 100% highly recommend . It was private , peaceful, the house had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was clean. You could not beat the view and we loved the Kettle Valley Trail was close by, we met so many nice people whileWalking the trail. We actually walked to the wineries close by, they were only a 20 minute walk, 25 minute walk to town where we had a lovely time having lunch and going to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning and Peaceful

My partner and I were completely blown away by the beauty of this place. The view of the lake and vineyards is absolutely stunning. The home has huge windows so you can enjoy the views from inside or out. The house was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Only a few minutes drive to Naramata centre and several wineries. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This place is stunning! The view across the vineyard to the lake and beyond is magnificent. We hosted some family outside on the deck and everyone was blown away. Perfect in every way!

Just beautiful

5 nights in a beautiful, clean, stand alone, small home with an amazing view, what’s not to like! Brian was super fast with responses and very helpful. It made our stay stress free.

Excellent Experience

The property and house was spectacular, we enjoyed the amazing views of the lake, the electric blinds and the overall comfort of the house. We also loved how quiet it was there, very peaceful.

No need to look further if you are looking for a gorgeous, quiet spot to enjoy the beauty of the Naramata bench. The home itself is beautifully appointed with a well stocked kitchen, nice linens and a stunning view overlooking vineyards and the lake from floor to ceiling widows in main and bedroom and from the large deck which offers a comfy sitting area and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Close to many wineries (some even walkable). Easy access to KVR. Brian was terrific to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful view; quiet; great property.

Property was great. Stay was great. Would definitely go again. Didn’t use the patio much due to the heat in mid July and the west exposure. But the view out over the lake was amazing. Was a little concerned about how far out it was from Penticton, but it wasn’t a problem.

An Outstanding Stay

The listing is spot-on. All is just as it appears which includes a well-appointed one bedroom home with an exceptional deck, spectacular view of the vineyard and Lake Okanagan. A perfect spot for roaming from winery to winery and eating at the fine restaurants of Naramata. Cooking in a couple of nights of our week stay was fun and pleasant with good supplies in the kitchen and a nice grill on the deck. The setting is very private and peaceful, with lovely stargazing opportunitites. We have already booked our visit for next year and can't wait to return.

We had such a wonderful stay at Brian’s property during our wedding weekend! The home was open, airy, and well designed. It felt incredibly private and secluded, which was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge between all the busy wedding events. Also, the view is just amazing!It was the perfect spot to stay for the weekend, and Brian was amazing to work with. He was flexible and understanding with a few wedding-related logistics, which made things much easier and stress-free for us.Our dog Griffin also loved it, especially lying out on the cool tile patio in the summer heat. We really appreciated how pet-friendly the property was. It made our stay even more enjoyable.It was such a peaceful and beautiful space for such a special weekend. Vineyard paradise

What a beautiful location! Perfect sized vacation home overlooking the lake and vineyard. Brian the host was amazing and very responsive to our questions and requests (we only needed the remote charger but he hand delivered it immediately). House is immaculate for cleanliness and condition. Beautiful deck to enjoy the sunshine and weather! Check in was very straightforward and the visit met or exceeded all expectations!

We, definitely, want to go back there again!!

My family, including my wife, our daughter, and our pet Lucky, recently stayed at this summer rental, and it was an amazing experience. The place was peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The unit itself was beautifully designed, with brand new appliances that made our stay even more comfortable. The highlight for all of us was definitely the magnificent view of Okanagan Lake from the deck. We loved sitting out there together, taking in the scenery—it was so calming. The whole experience felt like a true escape into nature. If you're looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway with a stunning view, we highly recommend this place. place.we highly recommplace!

AMAZING stay at this very private retreat. It has absolutely beautiful views of the lake and vineyard and everything you could need or want is stocked. Conveniently located close to many different wineries, Naramata Village and beaches. Our host communicated with us online and left us to enjoy our stay, which was much appreciated as we were looking for a private and romantic get-away. Highly recommend this property to couples for an anniversary or special celebration.
