WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Ocean Garden #8 is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium located 1 block from the beach!
The interior of this property has great decor, and is a great setting for a beach vacation!
Rental guests will have a great time socializing in the spacious living area. The couch is a sleeper sofa to offer guests additional sleeping space.
Cooking a meal is easy in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom features a King size bed and flat screen tv.
The first guest bedroom entails one queen bed and flat screen tv.
The second guest bedroom entails two twin beds.

This condo accommodates up to 8 people.

The pool area offers plenty of lounge chairs for guests to enjoy and catch some sun. The pool is a great place to cool off and relax while on vacation! The beach is only a 3-4 minute walk from the condo and it is located to a number of different restaurants and retail stores.

Great vacation place!

We had a lovely time and were within walking distance of the beach. There also was a pool for swimming and rental equipment for all our needs. Great time was had by all!

Great location and cozy for me and my family (6 of us total)! Enjoyed the pool and loved how close we were to the beach as well as location was close to everything on our itinerary! Recommend staying here. Will be back soon!

Great Condo!

It was a very nice place to stay and roomy for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Highly recommend it and will stay here again in the near future.

Great place to stay

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this property. This house had everything we needed. It was very clean. We also loved that it was less than a quarter of a mile to the beach. The kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't at the beach.

Lovely Stay

The unit was clean and spacious. Enough supplies to last a few days. Resolve a problem with microwave within minutes. Great location to beach and restaurants. Our family would rent this unit again.

Great stay, zero communication

I have no real complaints other than a warning that you may find yourself locked onto the balcony. Some minor inconveniences Our coffee pot didn't work, but there was a kettle so I did a pour over... TV in Queen bed room never worked. There are 2 refrigerators, but that only made my daughter forget her stuff in the extra fridge. Literally nothing other than salt and pepper shakers, so plan for that. I did and even brought my own Salt and Pepper as ya never know. Only one small plastic container, no bowls. Overall I'd stay here again knowing what we know. Oddly when I texted the team they never replied as there is a host and a management company so maybe ask who you contact if you need something.

Old but comfortable

While it adequately served our purpose for five days, there were a few things that the owners could improve upon. The kitchen trashcan was broken and needs to be replaced. The cookware could be upgraded. The pictures didn't truly depict the interior of the condo. In the pictures, the unit appears to be more well kept and newer than it was in reality. The wall to the beach is definitely more that 1/2 block. There were numerous cigarette butts in the driveway and pool area.

Great place

Place was nice and clean very comfortable its like a home away from home. The only downside is that the internet was slow but other than that we enjoyed the place and the whole stay.

Great place to stay. Loved the home layout. Only thing for us. Was the stairs getting there. I wish I would of known I would of request a bottom unit.

Pleasant surprise

Our family enjoyed our visit. Place was spacious. Close to the beach and restaurants. We are already planning on our next stay. Wonderful stay.

Well Maintained, Clean

The property was well maintained, neat and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with all essential items! Minutes from the beach! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 😊
