After exploring all of the beautiful wonders that southern Utah has to offer, you’ll be relieving those happily aching feet as you relax in your own private hot tub. After resting up, the whole family will enjoy the 18’ x 28’ private fenced pool and separate splash pad. It also has a private Sports Court® with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and many other court games. This home offers amazing amenities, including a Pac-Man arcade game with 160 games; three types of game consoles, including two XBox Ones connected to two 4K TVs, a PlayStation connected to a 72” 4K TV, and a Nintendo Switch connected to an 82” 4K TV; and 1G internet service to handle multiple people streaming videos on its 6 TVs. At this home, you will definitely be in a "Lazy Daze!"
This 6-bedroom 8-bathroom home can accommodate 20 people in beds and up to 26 people with 6 sleeping pads. It has 4 king suites, 2 bunk rooms, one with 2 twin-over-fulls and one with 2 triple bunks, and 6 sleeping pads for kids.
This home includes a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating. It has two levels with a large common area on both. It also has beautiful mountain views of Snow Canyon State Park. Right next door to Paradise Village is an easy-access community park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, volleyball, more pickleball courts, bike riding paths, etc. The park also has large pavilions for rent through Santa Clara City.
Paradise Village at Zion in Santa Clara, Utah, (adjacent to St. George) has 2 large resort swimming pools, a 20-person spa, a new water park with a lazy river, clubhouse, and workout room. The home has quick access to the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, hiking, bike trails, ATV trails, rock climbing, two local reservoirs for fishing and boating, 10 golf courses nearby, and more.
This home is ideal for church groups, sports teams, family reunions, and corporate retreats.

Great property and superior host

This home has it all! Comfortable accommodations, loads of fun activities inside and out and proximity to great local attractions. Joe was the best host we’ve ever worked with and we have booked many large family gatherings.

Love this place

It is very easy to use the website to find available dates with prices and pictures including property details. Joe was quick to respond to answer any questions we had. This is our second time staying here and we will be back. We have three generations that come together every summer and we love all the details and identities at this property.

We had so much fun staying at this house. The yard has so many different things to do. The grandkids loved having their own pool...and being able to heat it to 90 degrees made the chilly days even more fun. High recommend!!!!

85th Birthday Celebration

This was the ultimate vacation for our family. This home was so well equipped with everything we possibly could have wanted. We never had to leave since there was so much entertainment at the home. I especially appreciated the safety features with the gated pool. We will be back again!

Fabulous Family get away

So much fun: grandkids love swimming in the pool, playing basketball and video games or going to the water park. The weather was cold, but we had a lot of fun regardless. Adults enjoy pickle ball and card games. All love just relaxing and being together—lots of laughs. This is the second time we’ve done this, highly recommended.

Great Place w/ a Few Mishaps

We decided to take a family golf trip to St George in September and chose this place for all that it had to offer. There was so much space for sleeping as well as gathering areas large enough for our group. The kitchen was great for our family meals and we really loved the size of the dining space. The sport court was a hit for our family & we really looked forward to the swimming pool & hot tub. After the first day of our stay we realized that we wanted to get the pool heated because it was quite cold. After two additional days the pool was colder than the first day. We were also quite concerned with the hot tub as it was a dirty green color so we did not use it much. We called to request maintenance for the pool and hot tub and the request was handled quite quickly. Wish we would have called maintenance even sooner so that we could have enjoyed these amenities the entire stay. Other than these issues, it was a great stay.

Amazing family getaway

Awesome house with all the amenities you could need. Tons of space and multiple large group areas to watch movies and play games. Loved the large kitchen table we could all sit at to eat. Great location and beautiful views. We loved the pool, sports court and kids play areas too! We would definitely stay here again!

This property had it all!

We had every age range from 1 to 75. All found the accommodations pleasing to their tastes. The pool was the biggest draw. It was not too deep for the young people but deep enough to play in for everyone. There were many pool toys available. The sports court was amazing! again, equipment available for participation in several sports. Our family brought their own pickle ball equipment and played throughout the days and evenings. The community splash pad/water park and lazy river next door we’re the top in extreme fun! We loved the salt water in the pools! The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The gathering areas also large. The kitchen was very big, clean, and equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, serving and eating dishes, cups and silverware. There was a huge pantry and several cupboards for us to use for our food. Two refrigerators! Just so well thought out for vacation fun! We so enjoyed this property that we are thinking of going back next year even with the high temperatures; we were all very comfortable.

A hot week away

Thanks for sharing your home. Our extended family of 26 enjoyed our stay. It was a hot one, so we spent a lot of time indoors playing games and watching movies. Very comfortable!

Great stay

Only problem was power to the pool cover didn’t work so we couldn’t close it which was worrisome with kids but other than that it was great!

BEST Property in subdivision

We have stayed in a few other homes in this subdivision in this by far is the best! The location is amazing and the house is stocked with everything you might need.

Never wanted to leave

This house has everything! We didn’t want to leave. The pool, splash pad, hot tub and sport court kept everyone entertained all week. Loved the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the extra fridge in the garage. Location couldn’t have been better; no backyard neighbors and right next to the water slides. Loved it!

Fantastic Property, Full of Fun

We stayed here with 2 other families, kids ranging from 4-11, and they had a blast with everything offered, especially the video arcade games inside when they needed a break from the outside and sun. The house was SO clean and simply decorated but still cozy and modern. We had a hiccup with the pool heater but the property manager was easy to communicate with. The paradise village was a bit of a cluster and crowded (spring break) but this house was kind of on a corner without other homes right on top of us like many of the other properties. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

Spring Break

This house was so perfect for our different age groups. The play set for the littles and the court for the teenagers. It was a little cold in St. George but the owner gladly cranked up the heater on the pool and the kids swan the whole time. When we got out of the pool the fire pit was so nice! I will definitely stay here again!

Best family vacay

This is a great place if you’re a family who loves to swim, play pickle ball, shoot hoops and play video games and simply spend time together without worrying about places to go and things to do. Unfortunately, the splash pad was closed for cleaning, but Thurmond, the awesome property manager, compensated me; luckily we had rented a house with a pool and sports court, so the kids still were able to swim and play ball. Lots of hiking nearby, but honestly we enjoyed just being together. We hope to do this again.

Definitely coming back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have everything we needed and so many activities to choose from right at the house. When it came time to leave, my kids asked me if we could just buy the house and live there forever.

Getaway for Christmas.

This house is a must stay! We never ran out of things to do. My kids and friends kids couldn't stay out of the pool. We come to St George a lot and will be coming back to this house. The house was spotless and well-stocked. We had 20 people with us, and it never felt crowded. I love that each room has a bathroom. The host was always quick to get back to us with any questions.

Wow the heated pool is amazing!

We come to st George and paradise village a couple times a year with our family of 5 kids and friends. We stay in different places every time depending on what’s available but this place wins! We will only book here from now on. I can’t believe how great it was to have the private pool heated to 93 degrees! It didn’t matter how cold it was outside, the pool was always comfortable. The kids spent sooooo much time in it just clowning around. The pickleball court was a blast and the playground got used as much as the pool for the little ones. It had plenty of room for four families and a total of 20 kids, it didn’t feel cramped at all. Summer will be fun here but this place is a must for the colder winter months. We had a couple questions and Thurmond was always responsive as well.

Amazing property!!!

We loved our stay at this amazing house! My kids cried when we had to check out. My kids didn’t harass me one time the whole trip because they were bored. Between the heated pool, hot tub, sport court and playground at the house and the water park and lazy river right next door...let’s just say they were fully entertained. The views off of the back deck of snow canyon were so beautiful. We also rode bikes up to Snow Canyon and enjoyed the local state park. We were a pretty large group of twenty but it never felt crowded because each room has its own bathroom and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen and living rooms. They even had high chairs and just about every utensil you could think of. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to make this an annual tradition!
