Details: Watercolor Dream! 10 Flatwood Street is a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom WaterColor home with a Carriage House that sleeps 14. Guests will be wowed by a gorgeous partially-covered private pool that stretches the length of the home, an observation tower, and rooms designed to pamper.

Hardwood floors, shiplap walls, and a calming color palette define coastal elegance in this lovely home. An open kitchen and dining room have incredible views of the outdoor living area. The luxurious kitchen pulls the eye away from the exteriors to gleaming marble countertops, a 6-burner gas cooktop with griddle, premium appliances, and an island that seats 3. Guests can enjoy a meal inside or out and cook in the outdoor kitchen—with a smoker, gas grill, and beverage fridge.

A comfortable living area has a long window seat joined by armchairs and a sofa surrounding a 65” TV. Doors open from the living area to the pool deck and backyard. The pool has a sun shelf and sitting spa and enjoys coverage from the hot Florida sun. Hanging chairs and a 65” TV add to the fun. One of the many guest bedrooms is on the first floor, complete with a king bed and an elegant tiled bathroom.

On the second floor, guests can relax in the comfortable media room with a​ sofa and armchairs surrounding a 65” Smart TV. Around the corner, a small desk and beverage fridge are tucked into a hallway that opens to a balcony connecting to the Carriage House.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed​, a 65" Smart TV, and French doors that open to a covered balcony. The private bathroom features a glass-enclosed wet room with 3 shower heads and a claw-foot tub. An additional king-size guest bedroom with ensuite is also located on this floor.

Vaulted ceilings in 2 guest bedrooms and a bunk bedroom create a cozy atmosphere on the third floor. A sitting area with armchairs, a wet bar, a beverage fridge, and a 65” TV provides space to unwind before heading to bed. The fourth-floor observation tower is a great place to enjoy a peaceful night after a long day.

Guests staying in the Carriage House will love the privacy. Open to an elegant kitchen and sitting area, armchairs face a 55” TV and marble countertop that seats 4. A Subzero refrigerator with a glass door, a 4-burner gas cooktop, an economy-sized dishwasher, and a microwave provide everything guests need to prepare meals. A guest bedroom has a full bed, a 55” TV, and a bathroom with a shower. A closet houses a stacked washer and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
