All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

This gorgeous, custom-built, professionally designed, private home is a 4 bedroom/6.5 bathroom island home that has it all - a block to the beach, ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms, backyard oasis with heated pool/spa, putting green, observation deck with gulf views, an EV Charger, and so much more. The first level of the home has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, laundry closet with full-size washer & dryer, half bath, covered porches and staircase to the fabulous pool area. The light and bright kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, island w/large farmhouse sink and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a quick snack or gourmet meal. Your family can enjoy a meal at the kitchen counter, dining table or by the pool under the covered dining area. Head up the stairs to the primary suite and the built-in bunk room! Plus two additional full baths to rinse off the day at the beach. The bunk area features 4 twin trundle beds with 2 flat screen TV's and Xbox gaming station. It's the perfect place for the kids to hang out after a long day at the beach. The primary suite is nice and large with a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and private porch with stairs up to the roof top deck. Enjoy your evening cocktails while taking in the stunning sunsets over the gulf! We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Primary bedroom is on the third floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private balcony that leads to the roof top deck.
Guest bedroom 1 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Guest bedroom 2 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Guest bedroom 3 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Bunk room is on the third floor and features 4 twin trundle beds, 2 flat screen TV's and Xbox gaming station.

Pet-Friendly - The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
