The living area includes a lounge space with sofa and television, as well as a dining area. The patio door opens onto a 6.3 m² terrace overlooking Erquy harbour and the Plage du Bourg. It is equipped with a coffee table and armchairs for enjoying the outdoor space after outings.

The open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals independently. It includes an oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. There is a separate toilet on the main level.
