Wonderful cottage, clean, well-kept, well-equipped with plenty of amenities.Communication with hosts was fantastic. They were easily accessible and very informative.It was my family's first time using VRBO and the entire experience was excellent and better than I could have expected.

Awesome stay

The property was super clean, easy to find and access and absolutely loved the golf cart was included. I know a lot of people want another 300 for a week of using the golf cart, its included with this rental. The island was awesome even if the weather could have been better. Would definitely return!

An exceptionally beautiful place to be! This home was comfortable and met our expectations and needs perfectly. We appreciate the use of the golf cart and kayaks. The openness of the kitchen and living room was spacious for the adults in our group. We thank the owners for allowing us to use their very special lake house.

Amazing Vacation

This house and the owners are so lovely. The house is set in a shady forest but is open enough to allow beautiful sunlight to filter down through the trees. The wrap around deck was so peaceful for reading and morning coffee. The beds are comfortable and the big kitchen and grill made cooking easy. We had an extraordinary stay and look forward to another visit next year. Thank you Molly and Bill!

Wonderful Stay

We were so happy with our stay at Sunrise Ridge! Molly was so accommodating and easy to work with from day one to check-out. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and the house was very clean! So much space for our family and we especially enjoyed having the golf cart for getting around. Even with less than ideal weather we were able to spend a lot of time sitting out on the covered deck. We can’t wait to return!

Relaxing family vacation

Bill and Molly are tremendous hosts, furnishing the house with just about anything you need while away from. My family and I LOVE our time here away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Communication is top notch.

Final summer fling

Great space for a large family to stay and play. The kayaks, golf cart, ping pong, etc we excellent, and our children got to ride their bikes everywhere without us worrying. Beach #5 was out personal favorite as was the ice cream. This house and all the helpful info about the island made for a great last hurray for the summer.

Great Family Stay

This is a spacious, clean and nicely furnished house perfect for our family of 6 to explore Frye Island. We spent lots of time on the deck, used the kayaks several times and the golf cart to pick up supplies and tour the island. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Week

Camp is well loved and well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. Herbie the Golf cart and kayaks were an added bonus! My family and I had an amazing time in the camp and on the island.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunrise Ridge. The house has so many amenities. The most well stocked place we have ever rented! We loved getting to use the golf cart and kayaks. The communication from the hosts was excellent! Thank you for a great stay! We would love to come back!

Wedding weekend

This was a lovely house in the woods. My favorite part of the house was the deck! Loved sitting out there early in the morning. You could see the sunrise thru the trees. The house had so much room. Would definitely come back

Wonderful getaway

My husband and I stayed at Molly and Bill’s home with our 2 and 4 year old daughters. The home was exactly as advertised and Molly was a warm, responsive, helpful and welcoming host. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our family meals, both inside and using the grill. Molly’s instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The access to the golf cart was a particular highlight for our daughters. They loved using it to zip over to Frye’s Landing, the playground on the island, and many of the beaches. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again. Thank you, Molly!

Great Week on Frye Island

What a great property! The house was perfect, very close to everywhere we wanted to go -- beach, golf course, etc. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation rentals I've ever stayed at, we had everything we needed. We ate breakfast every morning on the covered deck. Molly was a wonderful host and would highly recommend this home!

Island Gateaway

I really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere of Frye Island. Everyone was friendly. The lounge at golf course had live music which was fun. Otherwise the lack of organized activities was great because we just spent time catching up which was the point of the trip. Definitely would like to bring my family here next year.

Perfect vacation spot!

Our family could not have had a better vacation than we did at Sunrise Ridge! The location on the island was perfect, and the house is beautiful. The property owners thought of every little thing we could need from the use of beach toys to a well appointed kitchen. Supplies like toilet paper and coffee filters were well stocked, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Frye Island is a treasure! We've found our new happy place and already booked for next year!

We have spent many days and nights on Sebago Lake for over 30 years! We love the sunrises, sunsets, the views and tranquility of Frye Island. When we step off the ferry, its like we've travelled to a distant, remote land and we can immediately disconnect from the demands of everyday life.
We look forward to sharing our little piece of Maine with you!

Please keep in mind that this is an island. There is a small Frye's Leap General Store and Cafe (https://www.fryesleap.com) but we encourage you to buy your provisions on the mainland before taking the ferry over to Frye Island. This will save you much time, energy, money and frustration.
