Witcher Roost is a quiet hidden retreat located in a State Forest Reserve surrounded with woods and wildlife. Private no wake cove with deep clean clear water great for fishing, floating, or swimming and just minutes away from the main part of the lake.
Views of the cove from the upper private deck, and patio on the lower level to watch the wildlife abound. Upper Deck with a gas grill is available for your use. Relax and float in our quiet cove outside the bustle of the main lake channel or just enjoy the beautiful views from the dock with electricity and lighting. There are many activities to enjoy outside of the lake. There are several wineries local to the area. Visit the D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Booker T. Washington's childhood home, explore the many trails at Smith Mountain State Park, or you can venture further onto the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is literally something for everyone!

Witcher Roost is designed for families to have fun and relax with areas for all to be together as well as spaces for those that want to have their quiet alone time.

Main Level:
- Sliding door leading to the Upper Deck overlooking the lake. Great for your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.
- Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 14-cup coffee maker, Keurig and refrigerator with ice maker and all amenities you may need to make / enjoy your favorite meal.
- Living Room with couch and love seat sofa and Smart TV adaptable with a variety of apps and DVD player.
- Master Bedroom with King Bed, attached Full Bathroom and Smart TV. (Linens are not provided)
- 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed and TV, firestick capable. (Linens are not provided)
- Full Bathroom accessible from Hall.

- Exit to a large open patio for your outdoor dining pleasures as you overlook the lake.
