We own and manage this listing. Our guests happiness is of upmost importance and can assure you the house is in wonderful condition and working order. The Bermuda Dunes Vacation Home is 2800 sq ft of luxury that comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. Located on the border of La Quinta and Bermuda Dunes, it is walking distance to Tennis Garden, 4 miles from Polo grounds, and is close to Coachella, Stagecoach and other Desert venues.

This 4 bedroom home has 3 King beds and 1 Queen bed in a separate casita, 3 full baths, and a bonus room with a sofa bed. Enter through the double doors into a spacious family room with wet bar, plenty of seating on the comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV above the fireplace.

The kitchen area with Quartz countertops, custom tile and stainless appliances. Walk in pantry for your groceries and large round dining table for great meals, conversations and game time.

There is direct access from the large family room into the back yard. Back yard features a large private pool with in-pool tanning shelf, 6 lounge chaises, spa, outside dining, BBQ, and firepit. Front yard features enclosed gated entry with built-in horse shoe game. The laundry room off of the kitchen has extra large capacity washer and dryer.

The left of the home features a bonus room with a sofa sleeper. The right side of the home features a master bedroom with King Bed, large walk in closet private bathroom with separate toilet and vanity areas large walk in shower with frameless shower doors. 2 more King bedrooms and a bath are in this wing. The front bedroom features a huge Cal King bed, pillow top mattress with luxurious bedding. The middle bedroom features another King bed with pillow top mattress. Both with mirrored wardrobes. The shared bathroom is complete with a large up to date shower with frameless shower doors and double vanity.

Separate Casita in the backyard features Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, Private bath with large shower with vanity area.

The back yard oasis features a large pool with two sets of entry steps, a sun shelf and a spa. Sitting and lounging areas are ample around the huge pool. Enjoy evening cocktail, appetizers and BBQ around the outdoor dining table or beautiful outdoor fireplace.
For those who desire fresh air activities, you are 1 mile away from the Tennis Gardens (easy walk), and many restaurants and shopping to explore right around the corner on Hwy III. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve. Adults and children alike will enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area. Keep your eyes peeled for the sighting of the road runners.

Old Town La Quinta is a short 5 minute drive and is home to a number of boutique stores and restaurants. The world famous La Quinta Resort is a 10 minute drive. It s architecture, grounds, shopping, dining, spa and golf amenities and make it a "must do" experience.

Desiring even more shopping, dining and entertainment? El Paseo in Palm Desert is a mere 10 minutes away. Uptown shopping and restaurants galore!

If you want a good day trip try Joshua Tree National Park, or The Salton Sea, Cabazon Outlets is a great shopping trip for the day!

For security purposes, there is a Ring security camera and flood light on our property. It is located by the front door and pointing out to the gates. It is there to assist late checkins with some light for access to the front door and for deliveries. Once check in has occurred we will set the camera to home/disable it until you check out as to avoid draining the battery and being bombarded with alerts. We follow the VRBO Security Policy.

Perfect Stagecoach Property!
This was the perfect property for our group of couples to stay at for the Stagecoach festival weekend. The property is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a fun weekend. It's located super close to major shopping centers, a ~15 min Uber drive from the festival grounds or an even shorter drive from one of the shuttle stops. For being on a busy road, the property still feels extremely safe and secure. Lee and Erika were also incredible hosts, responding to any questions within minutes and even dropping off more supplies requested in under 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stellar Amenities at a Great Location
We booked Lee & Erika's place during the first week of Indian Wells. The home very comfortably houses 8 adults and comes with lots of great amenities (heated pool, fire pit, grill, just to name a few). Lots of space for hanging out both indoors and outside The house is also a walkable distance to the IW tennis garden.

Relaxing in Paradise
Awesome property in excellent location with fantastic amenities. Spent two months and couldn’t be more pleased. Will use again. Lee and Erica were fabulous.

Great place to enjoy the desert with family/friends
I felt like this was a great spot to stay and I would gladly return as it very much met our expectations. The furniture was not only in great shape but legitimately very comfortable, the mattresses and pillows were great. The towels were of high quality. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/tools/dining ware for both inside and poolside. They didn't mention they had a protective gate/fence for the pool (it wasn't in the photos) that they installed before we arrived because they knew we had small kids. It was very thoughtful and created a much more relaxing stay for us since we knew our children were protected from simply falling in at any time. A few other notes- +very good availability of owners via text +grill works great + there is a park that is very kid friendly a walkable distance away (about .3 miles) + tons of pool towels available (appreciated) + electronics -pool heater, TV/remotes, thermostat are all easy to use and functional. + Easy to get to grocery stores/freeway/shopping; It is a bit noisy at times being on a major-ish street but not so much it undermined our stay.
