This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,700 square feet of living space, 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space, and a fabulous garage game room. With sleeping arrangements for 19 spread across 6 rooms and 5 full bathrooms, this is a perfect retreat for large families, mature adult groups, and business retreats.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large great room with soaring 30’ ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that easily seats 8.

The well stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cook-top and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,200 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and a toasty gas fire pit. Walk out to the golf course and take in the views of one of Suncadia’s largest ponds between the 5th and 6th hole of the Prospector Golf Course.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the hot tub and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. There is a supporting guest bath outside the room with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite features a queen bed, a twin daybed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor master suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* The 4th room is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds. This room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Now and Xbox One S.
* The bunk room and bonus room are supported by a guest bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Suncadia prohibits parking on the street.**
