Enjoy your private year-round heated pool with retractable enclosure for all seasons pool fun. Soak in the hot tub, make s’mores at gas fire pit and dine in the outdoor living space equipped with seating for 8 and a large built in BBQ. This luxury home sleeps 10 and boasts 4 ensuite suites, including 1 on the primary level and 1 bunk room to ensure everyone has a great stay. The garage is outfitted as a basecamp of fun with ping pong, skeeball, video game area and foosball. This is the perfect retreat for 3 couples, multiple families, friend getaways or a single family. You can even bring the pup. Home is directly across from Suncadia trail access for long walks or bike rides. A J1772 EV car charger is available onsite.

HEATED POOL:

Stay warm year-round — our pool is maintained at a cozy 85 °F during winter months, perfect for swimming any time of day. Prefer it warmer? Just let us know! Optional pool temperature upgrades are available for a fee. Message us for details.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY:

This is the mountains, and in the winter there will likely be snow on the passes and in the neighborhood. Roads may require chains. We do not provide refunds for road conditions or snow. However, if the passes are closed on the evening of your arrival day, we will refund the night of the pass closure. We encourage trip insurance if you would like more guarantees.

* Winter activities including ice skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing (weather permitting)
* Several dining options on the resort, including The Source, The Storehouse, and wine tasting and fine dining at Swiftwater Cellars
* PNW golf at its best at Prospector Golf Course, family-friendly golfing at Rope Rider Golf Course, and a free par-3 golf area adjacent to Swiftwater Winery
* Equipment rentals (e-bikes, bikes, scooters, paddleboards, etc)
* Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a dog park (Dawson and Batista Park)
* Walking, biking, and hiking trails from your doorstep

Restrictions include:
* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia pool and fitness centers (Suncadia Swim + Fitness and Nelson Farm Pool). These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
* Suncadia policies prohibit RV's/campers, all-terrain vehicles, and snowmobiles.
* Up to 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking and will fine and tow cars that are parked on the street at the owners expense. Additional parking is available at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia.
