Very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only reason im giving 4 stars on the condition of the property is due to the kitchen and dining room lights were not working. We found the breaker panel and reset the kitchen lights but the dining room lights continued to not function which was pretty disappointing due to it being a high traffic area. Otherwise great property and cool area. Manager responds quickly to messages and is informative. No complaints.

House was amazing! Right on the Rope Rider 7th green. To the owners - I live on a golf course and occasionally trim a few bushes to maintain my view. Recommend trimming/removing the 2 bushes and as many of the small trees before they get too big where the golf course will know that they have been removed. Loved the game room, kitchen, patio, grill, golf course view, Would love to rent again! A few items that could be better - many kitchen utensils, pots, and pans had food residue on them. A chef's knife needs to be replaced as the blade was severely damaged. Ironing board should be replaced. Blue washing machine pods turned my white clothes a light shade of blue. Advise a different brand of pods. You can only have a great time staying in this house! Highly recommend this house!

Great house with lots of space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, the house had everything we needed. The game room was a hit as well as the outdoor space. The only issue we had was making coffee in the morning - time to replace the coffee maker, it would spill and make a mess every time. We stayed 3 nights and we thought we were not given enough trash bags but we managed. Greet location too. Kids enjoyed riding their bikes.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 13 de set. de 2024
Thank you for your feedback, Gaby! We’re glad you enjoyed the game room and outdoor space. We’ll replace the coffee maker to improve future stays. Regarding the trash, we understand that larger groups or longer stays may generate more waste, which is why we provide two additional bags beyond the standard bins. We kindly ask that guests ensure trash is properly bagged and follow the check-out instructions. That said, as communicated by our reservations manager via email, we’ve decided to waive the excess garbage fee this time as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another pleasant stay in the future! - Team VR365

Thanksgiving in Cle Elum

The property was fantastic. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and was very clean when we arrived. We called for help to reset a circuit breaker for the microwave and received the help we needed. The only negatives remember are 1) We texted for help to light the fire pit but never received a response. 2) We couldn't find a can opener. It might have been somewhere we didn't look, but we bought one and left it in a drawer that seemed logical to us. We had a great time!

We’re so happy you spent Thanksgiving with us and had a wonderful time at the property, Jerry! It’s always our goal to make your stay as seamless as possible, and we’re glad we could assist with the microwave reset quickly. We sincerely apologize for not responding about the fire pit – that’s definitely something we’ll work on improving. Regarding the can opener, we didn’t receive your note, but thank you for leaving one behind! It’s a small touch that future guests will certainly appreciate. We’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay – maybe next Thanksgiving? - Team VR 365

A Quiet and Private Luxury Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The house is top notch. The layout is fun, with enough space for each couple (4) to have their own bathroom and privacy for sleeping. The neighborhood is super quiet which is extremely important to us. The large back patio was our favorite hangout spot with many different seating options. We loved the view of the golf course and the deer coming through nibbling on bushes. The kitchen is huge and the living room had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy Sunday night football. We would absolutely love to stay in this house again. This is my third time renting from VR365 and I am so impressed with not just their luxury home inventory, but their communication and responsiveness. I won't use anyone else!
