Summerhouse Oceanview 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Flat 122

This is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Flat. You enter the first floor and no need to worry about stairs. This condo sleeps 6 and has all new bedding with a King in the master, 2 twins in guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There a re 3 TV's with a brand new 75" in the living room. All new furniture and tile flooring throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools, making it comfortable to swim all year round. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and a pickleball court. We have 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids. They are conveniently located at either end of the property. Each phase has it's own pool and walkover to the beach. We have a friendly front office staff and on site maintenance to help resolve problems quickly.

Wonderful, familiar place, near to Saint Augustine, located on the beach, perfect decoration, comfortable. Amazing for vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse almost every year for the past 30 years - we love it! The group I come with likes to cook and we have always had a well stocked kitchen allowing us to cook for a large group. The units are spacious, have comfy furniture and this year we had a new LARGE TV in the living room - a big plus! It's close to the beach, the pools are great and the management has always responded quickly to whatever we needed. The beach is not overly crowded, there are shells if you want to find them. It's close enough to St. Augustine with lots to do and plenty of good restaurants for eating out. You can't go wrong staying at Summerhouse!!

Ice maker was not working. Utensils were dirty and old. We rent out 3 condos for are family each year. My daughter was in building five when they were doing renovating the bldg. Working on the concrete decks.

Reviewer Comments: We're regular guest and have always enjoyed our vacations at Summerhouse! We were a little dissappointed with #122 - 2 bed/2 bath flat this time. Micro-wave not initially functioning (breaker issue), A/C fan speed would blow your hat off, kitchen cooking utensils & silverware were dirty upon arrival, dishwasher performance left a lot to be desired & television volume control was very inconsistent (worked about 1/2 the time). Also, the counter tops in the kitchen were not cleaned very well and the floors in the den needed to be vacuumed better.

Small heated pool was fun for the children, tennis courts also. Of course the magnificent beach a few steps away must be mentioned. We enjoyed the location about 25 min drive to St Augustine.
