Recently renovated cottage located in the heart of Highlands. Located less than one mile from downtown Highlands, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cottage boasts long range mountain views. Open floor plan with large living area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Wifi, SmartTV with YoutubeTV and Netflix. Easy access to the large deck that includes a gas grill and solo stove outdoor fire pit. New kitchen has all you need for cooking a delicious meal. Sit at the large dining room table or the kitchen island! Another large living room downstairs perfect for watching Football or playing games. Close to all that Highlands has to offer! Walk to town to shop or take a short drive to hiking trails!

Bedroom #1 - Cozy master suite with King Bed and mountain views. Smart TV, walk in closet, and beautiful custom shower.

Bedroom #2 - Guest bedroom with a king bed and mountain views . On the main level

The house was beautifully decorated and everything was exactly as displayed in the pictures. It is conveniently located to town, but very private with wooded surroundings. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again! Definitely a 10.

The property was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions during our stay. The walk to town was not as convenient as expected but it was doable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place

The property is in a great location, it's very clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the views of the deck along with the solo fire pit. One thing,the driveway is tricky so pay attention to the directions the owner gives you.

Respite from the heat and humidity

The property is beautiful and so very close to town and restaurants. My sister and a friend from SC had a wonderful visit and enjoyed this cottage very much.

Excellent vacation

We visited the Highlands for a family reunion. The weather was perfect, the house was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. The view was beautiful and we saw the sun rise each morning. We all had a greattime.

Heavenly Stay!

Our Accommodations were just that! Felt like home away from home. Lovely walks into town and played games on the deck. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking whatever is on your menu.

Family Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. On our first morning there were k-cups available and coffee filters for auto drip coffee. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were accommodating when we needed something. Thank you for making our trip easy!

Great house, great location, beautiful view, comfy beds. My only suggestion would be to please get better curtains for the sliding door in the primary bedroom. They don’t close all the way and let lots of light in early in the morning, had to hang towels to cover gaps

Weekend wedding

Great location and setup. I would just suggest the owner add some luggage stands or a bench to the bedrooms for us old folks. Other than that everything was great.

Highlands visit

The house is located in a lovely and scenic neighborhood very close to downtown Highlands. The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully updated. Check in and check out was easy, and hosts were responsive. We were so busy looking at waterfalls, hiking, and going out for ice cream and dinner, that we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would’ve liked in the house!

Wonderfully Relaxing Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend in Highlands at this charming home. The house was spotless. The check in process was a breeze. The owners were helpful and very responsive. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. I loved the dual pot and pods Keurig coffee maker. It was nice to have a choice. We will definitely rent this home again!

Sisters Trip

This was the perfect place for a relaxing get away. The long range views from the deck are great, and though at first the road noise from below is hard to ignore, it soon fades into the background and we never noticed it again. We were up to see the sunrise over the mountains; a wonderful way to start the day. The house gives a feeling of open space and there is plenty of privacy for all. The kitchen is well equipped and well laid out. This was not our first stay in Highlands, but we agreed this house was the best yet.

My friends & I have stayed at several properties for our annual girls reunion over 20 years and we all agreed this was the best so far. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and playing a game with a beautiful view. The host was very interactive and helpful. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. We also, loved seeing all the natural wildlife. Walking to town could be a bit of a challenge if not in fairly good shape.

This is a perfect cottage to stay in for you visit to The Highlands. Our host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is charming with comfy beds, couches, and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for all cooking needs. The Solo fire pit on the deck was a cozy spot to visit with one another in the evenings. Highly recommend.
