This second floor condo (201), in Ariel Dunes I, has an expanded, covered balcony that wraps around to the eastern side of the building.  You can enjoy expansive views of the gulf as well as the 3 pools that Ariel Dunes offers. This unit features an updated and well decorated design with 3 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. Just a short walk (literally 400 steps) to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom that opens onto the plus sized balcony, and 2 guest bedrooms, each with full bathroom attached.  One of the guest bedrooms has it’s own balcony that overlooks the golf course on the northern side of the building. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen in one guest bedroom, and another queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom. Plus, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Condo comes with in unit full size washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice .. we really enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had with the condo was the living room tv only worked for a few hours the first night.. the screen went out and it would only work for a minute or two after that when turned on ... also the pots and pans were full of old food and simply not useable. We did however appreciate the fact the room was on the 2nd floor and right off the stairs if the elevator wait was too long. The host was very helpful with an early check in time and any other questions we had.. Overall our experience was great and we would stay here again

Perfect for Family Getaway

I am typically an oceanfront condo girl. However, even though this particular unit is not ocean front, I would not hesitate to stay here whatsoever. The condo was absolutely gorgeous with an expansive balcony off of the living room and another balcony off of one of the bedrooms. We had access to multiple pools. The restaurant on the ground floor was extremely convenient for lunch and had live entertainment at night. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. Not bad at all. You just have to walk to the edge of the property at cross the street and it is right there. The price, location, customer service, and amenities of this condo make it a steal. I say that with authority because I am a travel advisor and I book condos for clients all over the world. This is one of the best at which I have stayed. My very hard to please client also went here and she absolutely loved it.

Needed updated and cleaned

The condo was overall clean, but the kitchen was very dirty and understocked. The pots and pans had food burnt in them and we had to wash EVERY item before we used it because of dried on food particles. The condo sleeps 6-8 and there were only 2 bowls for salad or cereal...not easy to cook for our crew of 6 with what was stocked. We had to buy a 9 X 13 baking dish! We were given 1 dish cloth to use in the kitchen and it was stained and had holes in it. The furniture on the patio was very warped and the seats were caved in. I almost fell over in 1 chair when I shifted my weight because it was so unsteady. We enjoyed our stay but for the price you pay for a week, it would have been nice to have a clean kitchen and dish towels and a sturdy chair for the patio.

Thank you for your review, we take all of these things seriously. We wish you had advised us of any concerns while you were here so we could have assisted in solving them. We aren't sure what you mean about not having enough bowls. We went to look at that once we saw your review and counted 8 bowls in the kitchen. Also, the owner just recently updated the balcony with new furniture.

We had a great time at this condo. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee shops. It looks like it’s has been recently updated with new paint in the main area and kitchen. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes. The ice maker in the large refrigerator was an added plus and the Vitamix came in handy for making our morning juice drinks. We spent hours on the oversized, wrap around patio that was furnished with a table and chairs for six, 3 lounge chairs and a couple of sitting chairs. Sunrise at this time of year is amazing. We loved that we had a view of the ocean and the beach conditions hazard flags, so we knew the beach conditions before we left the condo. The beds and the furniture throughout were extremely comfortable. If I had to guess I would say most were fairly new. The private patio off of the one guest bedroom, was a hit with my teenager and her friend. What an upgrade from other places I’ve stayed. It was so nice to stay in such a clean and well maintained condo. We were grateful for the 3 refreshing pools on the double red flag day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing and affordable condo in Miramar Beach. The property was clean, the energy was bustling and we really enjoyed the free bon fire at the beach on Friday night. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This property is very nice! The beach is about a 4 min walk and not bad. A couple restaurants in walking distance as well.

Overall location and amenities excellent

Overall location and amenities excellent. Good thing we were on the 2nd floor and only thing we missed was a closer grill, only found them at the end of the trip. Management very responsive to any questions and attentive to requests for extra linen. Will come back to this property for sure in the future.
