The balcony not only looks out onto the ocean, but you have a bird's eye view of the large swimming pool and hot tub available for guests' use.
There are three large bedrooms with three large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door for direct access to the private balcony. The large master bathroom has a shower with separate, jetted tub and two sinks set in granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds and a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower and granite countertop. All the bedrooms have large tv's and generous walk-in closets.
Our condo is located in an area with excellent dining options, but if you should choose to eat-in, we have a well equipped kitchen to meet your needs. This includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and many appliances and gadgets to make cooking (or opening a bottle of wine) easy. The kitchen looks out onto the dining and living rooms. The dining area seats six, with counter seating for two more. The living room has a large tv, comfortable seating, and a sliding glass door for access to the private balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating so you can enjoy the beach from the convenience of the condo - day or night.
Should you need to exercise indoors or spread out for game night, the building offers an exercise room and game room with a pool table for your use.
To ensure maximum convenience, we have a new washer/dryer in the condo for you to use as needed. In addition, an on-site storage unit holds beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, shovels, kites, anything you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. A special perk about our condo: we are situated at the border between the drive beach and the drive-free beach. You can have it either way!
