Higgins Lake Lakefront Lodge with Private Sandy Beach - Sleeps 13

Welcome to our family home on Higgins Lake, with 100 feet of private sandy lakefront, crystal-clear water, and beautiful views from nearly every part of the house.

The sandy, shallow shoreline is one of our favorite things about the property. The water remains around knee-deep with a white sand bottom for roughly 300 feet before gradually dropping into deeper water, making it wonderful for swimming and families. A private dock extends 80 feet into the lake.

The 3,900-square-foot Big House sleeps up to 13 and combines the character of a classic Higgins Lake lodge with plenty of space for family and friends. The home features a warm knotty-pine interior, a large great room, two glassed-in porches, a renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and large picture windows running the length of the house with expansive views across the lake.

Built by a well-known local Swedish craftsman, the house has beautiful carpentry and details throughout. Outside, the deck overlooks the lake and is a favorite place for morning coffee, family dinners, and watching the sunset over the water.

This is our family home, not a full-time rental, and we make it available for a limited number of weeks each summer and early fall. We hope you'll enjoy Higgins Lake and the house as much as our family does.
