Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium features a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi.

Great Location

This is a very nice area. Sea Colony amenities are great, even in the off season. This condo is decently clean but just a little worn. Could use some fresh paint and a deep clean.

The view was perfect for us and shaded by mid-morning which was great for the grandmothers who canā€™t walk down on beach. Location right next to a pool worked great for our kids and Island House was pretty quiet during our stay, which my husband needed.

Great off season condo experience

The condo was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a short getaway. The rooms were spacious; furniture and fixtures all well taken care of. Loved the easy beach access. Property was well maintained. Would highly recommend this unit and the property.

The view!

The weather was bad from a tropical storm while we were there but the view saved the trip. I woke up every morning seeing the waves come in. We sat out on the balcony every evening and watched them as well.

510 Island House

My family stayed for a weekend (before Memorial Day 2024). The condo was comfortable, but could have used a deep clean and some minor repairs. Vacasa was notified of the issues, and were very responsive. Hopefully the next renters will enjoy all this condo and property has to offer.

Great location on the beach. Dated Unit in need of better cleaning and serious painting. Spider webs in living room ceiling by sliders. Shower had only a liner and no curtain. Living room lamp shorting out. Low ceilings especially when bunk bed room used. Poor lighting in bedrooms. Terrace not cleaned at all.

Disappointing

Considering the price, I had much higher expectations. We had to call about moldy showers, completely unacceptable. The place overall just wasnā€™t that clean. The only compliment I can give is the quick response from Vacasa maintenance. Vacasa cleaning had a quick response however shame on them in the first place for not cleaning it well. We needed maintenance for light bulbs out, refrigerator door broke, the screen door for the patio was broken and they had to completely replace a shower head because of how moldy it was.

Average condo on the beach

This is an average condo on the beach with a nice view of the ocean. There is nothing super special, but was a nice getaway. Everything is pretty much as described. A little outdated furniture, but comfortable. We only slept on the king bed and it was ok. S little hard. Dining room table really needs replaced. It is worn and sticky, no matter what you use to clean it. Bathrooms are small and there is not enough places for hanging wet towels. The towel rack in the master bathroom is broken. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities for preparing food. The hallways and area around the elevator is not well lit. One complaint we did make was all balcony furniture had to be brought in due to weather conditions. This was stacked in the living room area blocking the TV and right in front of the balcony door. I texted for assistance and was told someone would reach out to us, but no one did and we ended up moving the furniture to an unused bedroom. For the cost of the place, I feel this should have been done for us or at least the furniture could have been cleaned. Other than this, the stay was quiet and pleasant.

Beach week

We enjoyed our stay at 510 island. Weā€™ve stayed in many Condoā€™s over the last 10 years. The beds were comfy but the unit was kind of dirty. Very dusty. I would say one improvement would be to add hooks to hang towels. This is the only unit we have ever stayed in that has nowhere to hang anything. Other than that we had a great stay and family vacation.

Beautiful & Clean but bring your own Chefā€™s Knife

My family and I stayed there for a small Thanksgiving getaway and had a wonderful time! The condo was well appointed and impeccably clean! The renovations to the unit made feel more like a high end hotel rather than someoneā€™s vacation rental. We were very pleased! I would warn however the kitchen was lacking in cookware and cutlery. We did not cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, but even finding enough usable (think non-rusted, or complete pot/lid) equipment was difficult. That said the kitchen appliances were new and great! I didnā€™t want to come back to my old, drab kitchen. I highly recommend this unit for your stay!
