WELCOME TO OUR HOME!!!! We are a close walk or even shorter golf cart drive to the FABULOUS pristine white sand of the gulf of Mexico's "MIRAMAR BEACH"!!! Perfectly set up with 2 MASTER suites!! Our home is ideal for 2 families :) ENJOY our 6-seater GOLF CART and our private pool. We are located in the ultra-convenient Villas of Frangista Beach located right in the heart of Miramar Beach. Pool Heating is available for 25$ a day.

Nothing but the best for the lucky guests who book our home everything is brand new and furnished January 2021. Classic beach house features designer Not too shabby furniture and art set amidst a soothing palet of aqua swirl and sea blue swirl colour scheme.

Your group will enjoy 2 luxurious King Master suites plus 2 bunk rooms with 2 Double Bunk beds both with twin trundles for the little ones! Beautiful wood flooring through our entire home, spacious laundry room with industrial sized May Tag washer/dryer. Fully stocked granite and stainless kitchen with all modern appliances and everything we could possibly think of for a chef's dream space! Community pool available to our guests as well as beach access at Pompano Joes and the Whales Tail! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, pop up for lunch or a drink, washrooms and parking available.

Home office space perfect for those needing that "home work space". Air conditioned, various outdoor spaces all admits a wonderful Beach side community. You wont be disappointed with your stay in our coastal beach house!

Close proximity to Grand Blvd, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grocery stores, Destin Commons, Henderson Beach State Park, and Harbor village walk. Also the kids favorite's "The Track", "Alvin's Island and "Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park".

6 Seater Golf cart is included with your rental. Primary renter to provide auto insurance and driver license info with rental agreement. Rental agreement is sent after booking via our reservation system for digital singing.

The best vacation ever! All of the family decided this was their favorite place. Loved the house! We had everything we needed to make it one of the best. We really loved the corn hole game! We had our own family tournaments to decide who were the champs at playing corn hole. Thanks you for everything!

Wonderful Host and Place!

Lisa was a terrific host! She was great at communicating and following up to ensure we were all set for our trip. The location of this place is awesome if you are looking to spend lots of time at the beach! The golf cart is such a huge bonus! Lisa also had so many fun beach toys for our children which was nice. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee for the coffee maker for your guests and maybe having some Clorox wipes too. Other than that, we will be back again! Thank you, Lisa. Our family had a wonderful time!

Amazing Stay

Lisa was amazing to work with, she answered all our questions as soon as we needed her! The place was so comfortable and clean! I e will definitely be back and definitely be booking with her! AMAZING!!

The property was beautiful! Communication with the owner was excellent! We stayed more at the house than anticipated due to how beautiful and inviting it was! We thought we would be out shopping and exploring more but we loved being at the house enjoying our time together! It was perfect!

Lovely home just didn't like that we couldn't adjust the thermostat and no tvs in the bedrooms other then that it was wonderful.

Perfect home for our family!

Everything about this home was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room and having a master suite on each floor was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the backyard was the cutest little private retreat. Great location and Lisa was a great host. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Amazing Family Trip

The house was perfect. Loved the open kitchen and living area. The large dining table sat entire family. The neighborhood was adorable with brick streets. The golf cart was a huge plus. A quick several minute drive to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and souvenir shops. Super convenient. Having beach umbrella and chairs was so helpful. Lisa was great host.

We will be back!!

We loved this home! Our family of 5 and our friends family of 4 had a blast. The home was spacious, and had all kitchen appliances we needed. The lap pool was a wonderful addition to keep the kids busy. We had some maintenance issues; a few doors somehow came off the hinges and the cleaning crew didnt check the trundle bed in one of the kids rooms, because the sheets had stains on it, we didnt plan on using the trundle bed anyway, but after seeing it, I still wanted fresh sheets on the mattress. Mike came over first thing in the morning, he was very nice and fixed the doors and had fresh sheets delivered to us. The golf cart was a great bonus to get to and from the beach with all our gear. Overall, Id recommend this property to anyone and id stay again and again!

Two young families

Home was perfect 👌! We came with two families with small kids. The dual bedrooms with bunk beds was exactly what we needed. Additionally having a home with two master bedrooms was a necessity and we were amazed to see both rooms.were set up with walk in closets and nice bathrooms. The pool in the back is great size for small kids , and a cool off spot for adults.having an included golf cart made this a win for us. Streets are very busy and navigating with a golf cart made it easier. We will definitely be back!

Great location in a good neighborhood. The only complaint was the beds were too hard and the bunkbeds felt springy to the kids. But that could be personal preference as well.

Perfect house and location!

We loved everything about this property! Beautiful, updated house with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to make breakfast and some meals at the house. The beds were comfortable, as well as the living room couch for relaxing. We enjoyed the private pool in the backyard and it was the perfect size for just our family. The entire backyard had a fun yet relaxing feel to it. We spent many evenings hanging out on the patio. The golf cart was fun and convenient to use for quick trips around the area. We found the location of the house to be perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance to two spots with public beach access (& with free parking if you drive the golf cart or your car.) The house is also within walking distance to a delicious coffee shop and several great places to eat. We highly recommend booking here! We are already planning to return for our next trip.

Great Property with a Great Location for 1 to 2 Families

This property was perfect for our small family. It’s in a prime location and the community is gated. We were walking distance to public beach access, a short drive to the outlets and walking distance to many restaurants including Pompano Joes. The neighborhood is nice and you can easily take a morning walk or jog. Our small kids really enjoyed the pool. Both ends of the pool have step/s so we felt safe since they can’t swim. The kitchen, dining room and living room have an open concept which is nice. Upstairs really accommodates children with the two bunk rooms. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It was everything we needed for our girls beach trip. Clean, private pool, close to beach and other popular Destin spots, and the house itself was so cute! Lisa even sent a charcuterie board for us to enjoy poolside. Such a cute bonus! Thanks!

At this point in our lives we can't be there as much as we would like to so we made the choice to rent it out for other people to enjoy as well! As both of us are professionals we understand the importance of running a well operating vacation rental with seamless systems in place to ensure a smooth happy experience for everyone:) We are prompt to deal with inquiries and answering any questions you may have.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Aside from being a brand new home we loved the greenery behind our property very lush and private. Walking distance to Miramar Beach and the community pool and blocks from the outlet mall, restaurants and much more!!! Loved the area from the minute we arrived. Being situated in the middle of the Emerald coast you have access to 30A and Rosemary Beach etc also within a short drive Okaloosa island. We are in the absolute best location to access all the area has to offer!!!
