Located on a golf course, minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and 5 Spring Training facilities, you will LOVE this location! Shopping, arts district and nightlife are all within 5 minutes.

Features incredible amenities: granite countertops, upgraded appliances, outdoor patio, 2 smart TVs, tasteful decor and a dedicated work space, PLUS WiFi! Pool/ spa are CLOSE! Community BBQ & Firepit are also located in the pool/ spa area.

30+ days rental ONLY.

Mailbox not provided with this unit. Long-term guests are recommended to secure a PO box.

No personal kitchen appliances or personal furniture and/ or decor is allowed. No grills or barbecues are permitted for use.

No refunds are provided for wifi provider issues, or guest difficulty in connecting to wifi. Host is not responsible for wifi outages.

Great location and wonderful host

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. The location was great with Old Scottsdale, the golf course and the pool being so close to our unit. We enjoyed the quiet community ,clean condo and nice grounds. Kimberly was an excellent host providing great communication and directions.

Great stay

This was a great location and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We are walkers, hikers and eaters and this was exactly what we needed. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. Communication with our host, Kimberly, was quick and easy! I appreciated that our car was under a covered awning and was only steps away. We used the pool almost every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Ground Floor Condo in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised that we could walk to the Continental Golf course. The pool area was great and we used it most days. The airport is close. The condo worked for the two of us. It was clean and looked like the pictures.

Clean and Comfortable

This unit was very clean and cozy. Old Town Scottsdale and good restaurants aren't too far away. Washer & dryer in the actual condo is a plus, as is a reserved, close parking space. Although we didn't spend much time here, it worked well for our needs. Kimberly was great at answering our questions.

Old Town Retreat

This condo adequately met our needs during our visit to the Phoenix area. The heated pool was very inviting, but the week was cool and rainy so we did not utilize it as much as we thought. The queen bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having laundry facilities on site. The location was very convenient to grocery and walking to nearby restaurants. My husband enjoyed taking his morning walks along the greenway.

Walk to golf

The condo is small, but if you are spending time outdoors, it works great. Nice patio, kitchen was well equipped, however, if you are a drip coffee fan, you will have to make do with Keurig. Be sure to bring/ purchase your own pods as they will not have a supply on hand. We easily walked to play golf at Continental GC, which was a 4 minute stroll from the condo. They will rent you clubs and everything you need there. We even saw a coyote on the back 9…a fun time! The complex has a nice pool/jacuzzi area. Very close to Old Town. It was a great time!

Simple accommodations near Old Town Scottsdale

This is a simple condo in an older development located 5-7 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. It’s well suited to one or two people who are looking for clean, safe, basic accommodations though I struggle understanding the five star ratings or “stunning” description that I saw before booking. On the plus side, parking is convenient, check-in is easy and the pool area is clean and well organized. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen appliances are all in working order. It has a furnished outdoor patio that is unremarkable but functional for getting fresh air. It is a quiet development as long as the unit above you is quiet. The bathroom needs significant updating but is clean. We didn’t sleep well because the bedroom and bed linens were so warm. We’d turn the thermostat down but realized later it was programmed to reset at different points in the night. We should have called to address early in the trip, but did not, so that’s on us. I’d say the experience was more like what you get with a corporate apartment. It has all the basics that you need, but lacks warmth, charm, personal touches and flexibility both in the condo itself and communications from the host/management company. I would rate our experience somewhere between three and four stars.

We cannot help you in your intellectual struggle to understand our stellar record of 100% 5 star reviews from every single other guest who has stayed at this unit. However, we appreciate your acknowledgement that the parking is convenient, check-in is easy, and the pool/ spa area is clean and well-organized. As mentioned and pictured in the listing, we do provide in-unit washer and dryer and multiple kitchen appliances to ensure our guests' comfort. Because we've never encountered a request for a "remarkable" furnished outdoor patio, we are unsure of how to respond to this, along with your comments regarding the bathroom - again, this unit is advertised exactly as it is pictured in our listing. We strive to welcome our guests to a comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything needed for a getaway, including a toaster oven, single-serve coffee machine, and all pots, pans, cooking and baking dishes and supplies necessary. Unfortunately, since you did not inform us of any discomfort - including the thermostat, which we could have quickly and easily instructed you about - during the duration of your stay, you prevented your own comfort. This is not a personal residence, so we do not incorporate any personal belongings as decor/ furnishings. We communicated to you multiple times (at length), receiving no response besides "We've checked out of the condo." Since you also damaged our unit upon your exit without alerting us - and also cost us money and time prior to our next guest - we implore you to examine your guest etiquette prior to booking on this platform again.
