House Bartul Makarska is situated above the town of Makarska, in the village Puharici. The house has a living room with kitchen, TV / satellite, internet, dining room, sofa. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, each with bathroom with shower. Front of the house there is a covered barbecue area, covered pergola with garden furniture, heated swimmingpool (4,5 m x 3 m). Two terraces with garden furniture, with chairs, outside shower. This home is the perfect place for complete relaxation of a family. Magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding islands

Beautiful!

This was our second time to Makarska and it did not disappoint. This was our first time renting this property and we were blown away by the views!! The villa is well equipped and spotless throughout. The hosts were very friendly and keen to help throughout our stay - they even leant us their sons high chair which was very kind! Thoroughly recommended - we’re certainly coming back!

Mamma Mia Come to Life

This house was beyond expectations. It was the absolute cleanest home I have ever stayed in and had everything you needed. From towels to kitchen supplies everything was there. The pool was amazing so you could stay cool without fighting the crowds on the beach. Every patio was more beautiful than the one before it. It’s a perfect space to enjoy time together or have each person find their own space to unwind before rejoining the group. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. Katarina answered every question we had and offered fabulous recommendations on places to go or things to do. My family and I had the best vacation ever here and we are already dreaming about coming back. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Bereits vor der Anreise hatten wir einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner von der Prominens Travel Agency, der uns alle wichtigen Reiseunterlagen per E-Mail zugesandt und unverzüglich auf unsere Rückmeldungen und Fragen reagiert hat. Am Ferienhaus angekommen waren wir überwältigt. Die eingestellten Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Vor Ort sieht es exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern! Das Haus ist rundum sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Für zwei Pärchen ist der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Das Ferienhaus ist auch so gelegen, dass die Nachbarn so gut wie keinen Einblick haben. Direkt am Pool gibt es eine Außendusche und einen kleinen Raum mit einem Kühlschrank (inkl. einem kleinem Gefrierfach), sowie einem großen Gefrierschrank, der komplett mit Eiswürfeln gefüllt ist. Daneben gibt es 4 Polster für die Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm, der bei Bedarf aufgestellt werden kann. Neben dem Pool steht ein großer Walnussbaum, der die vier Liegestühle den ganzen Tag mit ausreichend Schatten versorgt. Ein Lavendelbusch und eine Rosmarinhecke sorgen für einen wunderbaren Duft. Das Grillhaus war mit reichlich Olivenholz ausgestattet, das beim Grillen einen sensationellen Geschmack abgegeben hat! Neben dem Kaminzimmer gibt es eine separate Toilette. Man musste also nicht mit nassen Badesachen in das Ferienhaus gehen. Im Kaminzimmer wurde auch einfach an alles gedacht. Es standen sogar zwei deutschsprachige Bücher hinter dem Fernseher. Daneben waren eine Ananas, eine Flasche Schnaps, zwei Flaschen Sekt und Cracker für uns bereitgestellt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach), Untersetzer, verschiedene Gläser, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Mülltüten, Spülmittel und -lumpen....wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch im Rest des Hauses wurde an alles gedacht. Ob genügend Handtücher, Bügeleisen, Nähzeug.... Die Vermieter waren unglaublich sympatisch und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Als Sie nach ca. 1 Woche vorbeikommen wollten (Bettwäsche wechseln etc.) teilten Sie uns dies rechtzeitig mit und fragten kurz zuvor noch einmal, ob sie hereinkommen dürfen. Sie brachten uns sogar ein selbst gekochtes Abendessen (super lecker!) mit Salat und Brot mit. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely superb!

The house was beautiful and lovely and even much better than in the photos. The seaview over the sea and town of Makarska was so beautiful that we did not get enough of it! A great combination with Biakovo mountains behind the house! The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovely decorated. All the small details were well considered. The kitchen was excellently equipped with lots of pans and pots, all kind of glasses and plates - even an apron! There were different kind of terraces/patios outside with a dining table set and a coffee table set at the other terrace. The pool was lovely with evening lighting and an outside warm shower. The host took excellent care of its cleaniness. There was also a fridge and freezer by the pool, and not forgetting the comfortable sunbeds! Bedrooms were very pretty with airconditioning and own bathrooms. The Croatian lavender theme colouring was included in the whole house. The host family was extremely nice, friendly and helpful and we were welcomed with sparkling wine and farewelled with a delicious homemade dinner! Apartment and rooms are located at three stages/departments with stairs and the house is located in a small and old village on a hill. That makes a car necessary and visitors with walking problems or incababilities with moving should consider these facts. Wonderful house and place and we highly recommend House Bartul! Dieses Haus ist ein Traum!!!!!!

Begonnen hat unsere Urlaubsplanung mit einem sehr netten, deutschen Kontakt mit Dubravka Paunovic von der Prominens Tourist Agency, die immer sehr schnell, auch am Wochenende, auf unsere Emails reagierte. Angekommen nach einer langen Anreise standen für uns 2 Flaschen Sekt, Wasser, O-Saft, Likör bereit und es war Brot, ein Teller mit kleinen Snacks und eine frische Ananas vorbereitet. Wir waren überwältigt. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Bügeleisen, Nähzeug, Fön, Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Geschirrspültabs bis zu Gewürzen, Kaffee, mehreren Teesorten, Zucker, Öl, Essig war alles vorhanden. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich, bei Problemen (einmal hatten wir Stromausfall) war nach 10 Minuten jemand zur Stelle. Ausreichend Handtücher, Wolldecken, Liegenauflagen, Sonnenschirm waren selbstverständlich auch vorhanden. Begeistert hat uns eine große Kühltruhe voller Eiswürfel, so dass wir immer kalte Getränke hatten. Einen Abend wurden wir von der Mutter des Vermieters mit einem traditionellem kroatischem Gericht bekocht. Dazu gab es Salat und Wein. Das nennt man GASTFREUNDSCHAFT. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir hatten dies zwar schon in den vorigen Bewertung gelesen, konnten aber nicht glauben, dass dies immer so ist. Doch, es ist so!!!! Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach der HAMMER, der Ausblick GRANDIOS, wir sind einfach nur BEGEISTERT und können es natürlich deshalb zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Niedliches Traumhaus über den Dächern Makarskas

Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es ist ideal für einen Urlaub zu viert und der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig und hat uns immer wieder auf's Neue sprachlos gemacht. Dafür muss man natürlich in Kauf nehmen, dass der Weg zur Stadt und zum Strand etwas weiter ist, aber das haben wir sehr gerne gemacht. :) Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Außerdem kann man sich keinen besseren Gastgeber vorstellen - er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Wonderful place with a stunning view

We had such a great time at House Bartul. The location is perfect, the view is fantastic! We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, and our hosts made us feel like home. The place is in perfect condition, we enjoyed the pool every day. I would recommend this place anytime. Thanks to Ivo and all the family !

Tolles Haus mit perfekten Gastgebern

Das wunderschön in einem kleinen Dorf gelegene Haus hält in jeder Beziehung, was es verspricht: moderne komplette Einrichtung, funktionierende Kommunikationstechnik, erfrischender Pool, Terrassen zum Sonnen und Verweilen, ein Grillhaus, das unkomplizierte Gaumenfreuden ermöglicht. Am tollsten aber die Gastgeber: Begrüßungsgetränke und jede Menge Lebensmittel, netter Kontakt ohne aufdringlich zu sein, die Gestgeberin hat sogar zwei Mal für uns schmackhaft gekocht. So eine freundliche Bewirtung hatten wir noch nie im Urlaub! Eine klare Empfehlung!!!
