Take a break from it all and bring the whole family to this stunning two-story villa here on Hilton Head Island! With plenty of room for everyone to spread out and tasteful coastal decor throughout, you will have no trouble kicking back and feeling right at home in no time. Step out to the private patio each morning and evening with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the golfers pass by. When days heat up, the shared pool can be just the place to dive into that new novel or take a dip in the refreshing water. Not to mention, the sand can be found just a short walk away for those beach-goers in the group to get their fill of sunshine and salty air. When it is time to call it a night, the three flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and cable will provide more than enough entertainment as the stars come out.

This villa is located on the Fazio Golf Course on sunny Hilton Head Island, within easy reach of swimming pools, beaches, and Hilton Head Outfitters & Bike Rentals. A plethora of restaurants are located within walking distance of your front door for a quick bite to eat as well. When you want to venture out a bit more, head over to Coligny Beach Park and spend an afternoon popping into local shops and eateries in between beach sessions just five miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The villa is steps away from the general store, golf courses and tennis which was super convenient. The master bed was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed to open concept living room and massive sofa. We would recommend this property.

Good Golf and Tennis Condo

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. It was the perfect size for two people. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for our stay including a Keurig coffee maker and a full pot coffee maker. If you are interested in golf or tennis, the location is perfect for both. It was a 10 minute walk to beach access. And there is a great short cut by the tennis courts leading you directly to Alexander's and the General Store. The house was pretty clean when we entered. We could feel some sand on the floor, but we are at the beach, that is to be expected. There was a bottle top left on the table on the outside deck, and one of the primary bathroom sinks was so clogged that gnats were living in it. Every time we turned on the water, gnats flew out of it. It is a very sweet condo, but needs some TLC. The screen door was coming off the track, some of the wooden structure around the outside trashcans was detached, and it needs some aesthetic updates. The description of the home advertised a gas grill, but it is actually charcoal. A guest book with instructions on how to get to the beach and pool and how to work the tvs would have been helpful.

Loved everything about this property. A great house that is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is as described in the listing. Walkable to the beach but most shopping and dining would require a car.

Fazio 8 is FABULOUS!

We stayed in Fazio 8 for three nights, and we couldn't have been more pleased! It was well stocked, VERY clean and so spacious for the 3 of us! It's obvious that they take great pride in this unit, as it is decorated so nicely! We would love to return soon for another visit!

Great stay at Fazio 8ā€¦.

Fazio 8 is clean, comfortable, spacious, and is in an excellent location. Pool is just steps outside the door, beach is an easy walk/ride. Very conveniently located: some of HHIā€™s best restaurants and attractions are within 2 miles. The Kroger store at Shelter Cove is about a mile away. Just a great stay all around.
