This 3BR/2BA retreat features a heated pool, spacious screened lanai, and stylish interiors for ultimate relaxation.

Just steps from ZooTampa, minutes to Downtown, Seminole Heights, Armature Works, and Raymond James Stadium. Perfect for families or friends seeking a central spot with resort-style vibes.

We have 2 other pool homes within 2 blocks for large groups that want to be close by!

The space
This home has it all! Recently renovated, we have created a beautifully thoughtfully decorated space for you and your guests!
3 bedrooms all with real beds, there is also a daybed/sofa for additional sleeping in the living area.

Smart Tv's are located in the Living room and ALL bedrooms.

The kitchen has been fully equipped for you to whip up a quick bit or a holiday feast!
The pool is screened and HEATED year round! The outdoor space is huge! We have added a large sectional outdoor sofa as well as a gas grill and dining space!

Come one, come all and retreat, relax and get your zen on!

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

This was our first time in Tampa. We loved the house. They supplied everything you would ever think of needing. The pool area was great. Neighborhood was quiet. We loved the fact that the zoo was about 5 minute walk to the entrance. The Zoo was amazing. Downtown Tampa wears beautiful and a short drive from the house.

The pool and area were dirty. The pool also needs a railing for safe access in and out. The information was confusing as it appeared to be times responses at times and covered several of their properties. The home was nicely decorated but run down.

I'm sorry that you felt this way however we do send a message that is automated to let guests know that it is pollen season. Even if we swept and pressure washed between every guest five minutes later the pool area would be dirty. We make no secret that the house is not brand new and rebuilt for every guest. We say this in our messaging to make it clear that there may be signs of wear and tear just like anyone's home. They are constantly fixing and maintaining the home. I'm sorry that your expectations could not be meant and you brought none of this to our attention during your stay. Any messages sent may apply to multiple properties but they are still applicable. Perhaps you are better suited to a hotel. Also to be clear for anyone reading this we added a hot tub after Alicia booked and a hot tub fee had not been added to her stay. She thought she should not have to pay the amenity fee for it and therefore is now leaving a bad review. It's unfortunate that there's people out there in this world to try to get something for free and mix words to make themselves out to be a victim.

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located to the zoo, Busch Gardens and many restaurants. The screened in pool made it possible to enjoy the beautiful weather without being bothered by bugs. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but for the most part we were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We've rented a lot of places in Tampa over the years with my daughter swimming down there since she was 9 and now a student at UTampa and this was one of our favorite places yet. Modern amenities, really well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy bedrooms, updated bathrooms and the pool area was perfect. Plus the neighborhood was great which honestly can be a hit or miss thing in Tampa sometimes. So close to Busch Gardens, easy on/off 275 and plenty options for groceries and food. We'll definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay

The house was very clean and bright. We loved the pool and lanai area. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. Very convenient location to easily reach many attractions and areas and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great communication and details from the property management company, probably the best we've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was super easy and intuitive. The communication was efficient and to the point. Love that. We have stayed at numerous renttin the past and this was by far our favorite. It met all of our family needs and was an exceptional value. The AC was a life saver in the Florida heat as was the pool. We enjoyed being able to make a full pot of coffee in the morning as we like to get up early and hit the ground running. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet surrounded by many great places to eat and visit. Close to the zoo and Busch Gardens. I can't imagine what they could have done to make our stay better.

Great place!

It was a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, and the pool was a great addition! Communication was quick and helpful, even when the internet was out at no fault of the owner. We were impressed. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home and close to Tampa Zoo

This was a clean roomy 3 bedroom 2 bath home. All the amenities for making our stay very nice. Pool is totally screened in which was such a welcome relief after the hot attraction visits. Having the home close to the Tampa Zoo made it easy for our visits.

Wonderful stay

This home was perfect. Clean with plenty of space. Pool was perfect to entertain kids in thee evening or between activities. Kitchen had all equipment needed. Ac was perfect in the high temps.

My wife and I stayed at this Vrbo rental from March 15–21, 2026, and cannot recommend it. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the home itself was worn and dirty. All three bedrooms have heavily stained carpets—too many to fully document.The master bedroom had a strong, unpleasant odor (urine, mold, or mildew). Likely causes include damp carpet from the pool entrance and a deteriorated master bathroom. The bathroom showed clear mold/mildew: a stained ceiling vent, blackened metal window frame, moldy grout, chipped painted tile, and a drain clogged with hair. The condition and smell were so bad we avoided using it.The secondary bathroom, though remodeled, was worse functionally. The shower drain clogged quickly, leaving standing water. Poor design caused water to spill onto the floor due to an outward-sloping edge, creating a hazard and likely damaging the subfloor—another source of odor.The master bedroom also lacked a closet, and a loud HVAC unit sat outside the window. We chose to sleep elsewhere. The two smaller bedrooms were tight and poorly arranged, with limited usable storage.Outside, the pool area was also deteriorated—chipped decking and a dirty enclosure. Kitchen pans had dried food, and there were bugs on bathroom floors. Conditions were so poor we left two days early despite paying through the 21st. This property needs major renovation, not just cleaning. Avoid. Pictures attached for everything except the bugs and kitchen pans.

Wow thanks for the home inspection. Home sharing does not require such detail and recommendations for renovations. We conducted a walkthrough prior to your arrival and i feel your claims are grossly exaggerated. There was zero communication during your stay. I would imagine if you were so disappointed it would have been brought to our attention. We make it clear there will be normal wear and tear as we do not renovate and reset every item in between guests. You are new to VRBO and clearly do not understand this is not a hotel and some things may not be perfect. Perhaps book a hotel next time. Our listing pictures accurately portray the condition of the property. It is a 50 year old home with some recent renovations.

A week on Patterson, next to the zoo

House was clean and neat, the pool was perfect. Property manager helped my daughter get in to the house after I ended up stuck on a plane and out of communication. The neighborhood was a little less than we imagined from the website, but there were no issues. We would happily stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend the house to others.
