Welcome to our beautifully decorated maisonette in La Bernerie-en-Retz, in the colors of the sea.
This 42m² apartment has a lovely unoverlooked garden and is located in a secure residence with a shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to September, dates may be subject to change depending on independent factors).

Waterfront location: 200m from the beach and 1 km from the town center and shops, ideal for walking.

A beautiful wooded garden with a terrace consisting of a garden table and chairs as well as two deckchairs.

ATTENTION: due to a prefectoral decree, the swimming pool will not be open this summer.
