Glimpse the by-gone days of Block Island in this spacious and comfortable Block Island farmhouse. With beautiful views of New Harbor and The Great Salt Pond, the house is a stone’s throw from three marinas, Ball O’Brien Park, and several popular island restaurants.

The house is a gracious example of its era, replete with modern amenities. The kitchen will suit serious cooks and shares an open floor plan with the dining room and a small sitting area, encouraging food preparation and socializing. In addition to the kitchen and dining areas, the first floor has a living room, a parlor and a half bath.

A central staircase leads to the airy second and third floor bedrooms and three full bathrooms. A lower level bedroom has an en- suite bathroom and it’s own entrance.

The front porch is a gem! At once cozy and generous, it invites guests to watch the island wake in the morning and to relax and celebrate the day at sunset.

The owner lives on an adjacent property and can provide assistance in the unlikely event that a rental issue arises. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday and has a 7 day minimum stay.
