Main level has completely open floor plan perfect for families or large groups. Sliding doors on the main level open to covered patio & private pool area. All four bedrooms are spacious and have private full baths. Large double garage is a nice upgraded feature of this home. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river(heated in winter months!), hot tubs, kiddie pool/slide, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna, spa & several restaurants and coffee shop on property. Easy walk across the street to Barefoot Landing offering many restaurants, brewery, incredible fenced kid park, House of Blues, shopping and more. Hamburger Joes & Nacho Hippo just a short 5 minute walk. Golf? 4 outstanding courses across the street in Barefoot.

We stayed for a girls trip and loved every minute! The host even allowed a late check out. Only complaint was there was not any pool towels.

House was in a great location and within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. Host was very communicative and let us know as soon as the house was available.Will definitely look into staying here again.

What a seamless experience we had from scheduling to checking out. The home is absolutely gorgeous and had amazing space for our family. The kitchen was nice and open to the family room. The front porch was a relaxing spot and the pool was quite the hit, especially for our 1 year old granddaughter. Access to the resort amenities was a bonus! Mark was a great host and extremely responsive. I highly recommend!

Great house/location

The house was perfect for an extended family stay, well equipped, and comfortable. The location and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops can’t be beat, and the resort amenities and pools were a huge bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would love to come back some day and highly recommend this property!

Great Property, Stellar Hosts!

We loved our stay at AdjustMINT! This beautiful house is located about as close as you can get to the main resort, making it a quick and easy walk to the beach.The house was impeccably clean, and the carpet appears to be brand new. The kitchen was well appointed and included a Keurig. The garage had space for two cars, and it was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. House instructions were sent via email and text, and there was even a printed copy. The labeled light switches were very handy! The decor was modern and tasteful. The pool area was fantastic! My only two wish list items would be that a lamp would be nice for the living room (for early morning reading/devotions) and perhaps a lamp, rocking chair and desk in the upstairs sitting area instead of the little couch. (We had a baby with us, plus I could have used a desk for my work.) Mark and Crissy may possibly be the best hosts I've ever dealt with! Mark answered my texts within seconds, and when we had a question about the dryer, Crissy called immediately and walked me through what I needed to do.Thank you, Mark and Crissy, for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic home in a great location

Very well equipped high quality home. Checkin was super easy. 3 minute walk to great beach and the resort pools were terrific. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing with tons of restaurants and shops was a blast. If you have a chance to have dinner at 21 Main Steakhouse you will not be disappointed. We will absolutely be back.

Family vacation

Our family - 6 adults, 2 kids under 2 - stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful house. It was the perfect layout for our family and our granddaughter loved the backyard pool. Very comfortable. The location was perfect - a short walk to the resort and beach, a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We did a lot of cooking at the house and the kitchen set up was excellent. We would stay here again very easily.

Perfect location

I booked this property in November for a mid May guys trip. I have stayed at this house once before back in 2019 and loved it. Mark was always available to answer any of my questions i had via call or text. The house is in a perfect location in the resort, closest house to walk down to the main resort, pool area, and beach access. Also North Myrtle is in my opinion one of the best areas of Myrtle Beach. The complex is directly across the street from Barefoot Landing with plenty of things to do and places to eat for all ages. The house itself has everything you and your family/friends need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Two car garage, beach items in the garage to use, good size patio with pool and lounge chairs, along with a grill and table that seats 6. Inside there are 2 good sized master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, and 2 other bedrooms with 2 fullsize beds in each room and their own full bathrooms. All the bedding is new and the house was spotless upon arrival. Fully functional kitchen with all cookware there to use. We wanted to have some blended margharitas one day, pulled the blender out to use it, only to find out it was broken. I made a phonecall to Mark and gave him the heads up about it. Within one hour of my phonecall, he had a brand new blender delivered to the front door. Mark is a gentlman and would not hesitate to rent this property or any other property he manages!

Great stay for a family

This is a lovely vacation home. We enjoyed the cozy private heated pool during our visit. The resort is very close, maybe a 5 minute walk at most. There are plenty of restaurants in the area - every chain you can think of, and a number of independent ones. We would stay again! Host was helpful and very communicative.

Golf getaway

We stayed here for a golf trip and absolutely enjoyed it. It was 8 guys, but the house was plenty spacious for the 8 of us. House looks great online but is even prettier in person. Everything was clean, and looked brand new. Check in/check out process was super easy. The host was always available via phone if we needed anything. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Access to the north beach resort was an added plus with its great pools and hot tubs (5 min walk). Beach is also a very short 5 minute walk from the house. Location was perfect for us as we played several rounds at the barefoot resort across the street from the house, and were close to several other top golf courses in the area. We loved staying here, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. - Kenil

Family Vacation in North Myrtle Beach

My husband and 13 year old son rented this lovely home in North Myrtle Beach to be near our 18 year old son who was staying at nearby Myrtlewood with his college baseball team at the Ripken Experience for spring training. We had such a wonderful time, the house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after a day of watching baseball! Also an added bonus was beach access and the use of the nearby hotel amenities. The host was great and we hope to book this same property again for next year, but hopefully next year we will plan to have a longer stay.

Annual Girls Trip

We selected this home for our annual girls Christmas trip this year and it did not disappoint. It was a great choice, Mark was great to work with, house was exactly as described and very clean. Would definitely recommend and will book again in the future. Check-in process was a breeze and although it may not always be available we were able to get an early check in for our trip. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful, fun place with a great location

4th of July Family Trip

Overall experience was FANTASTIC!!. Property fit all our needs, Great kitchen since we cooked alot to save money and enough bedrooms for everyone and BATHROOMS! No sharing= AWESOME! Our own pool to relax and have fun. Location was great. Walking distance to beach and resort pool just minutes away. Just an AMAZING time. Memories last forever.
