⚪️Bedroom: This spacious room offers a Queen-size bed & a Twin-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day at the beach. You can watch your fav shows on the flat screen TV or simply relax and unwind. The room also features a dresser and closet so there’s ample storage space, providing you with room to unpack and settle in.
⚪️Kitchen: The cozy kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the comfort of your own space. A drip coffee maker is included for your morning brew. (We do supply coffee). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances. The small dining area includes a table for 4 or seating at the kitchen bar.
⚪️Living area: Charming living room opens up to the kitchen. It provides a comfy landing spot to watch TV or play board games. With a new Queen-size sleeper sofa, guests can be assured this is a proper bed to get a good night’s sleep. You’ll also enjoy a lovely view of the sunset from the patio here!
⚪️Bathroom: The bathroom features a double vanity providing ample space for all your toiletries and getting ready needs. The shower/tub combo is equipped with a starter supply of toiletries. This includes shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels for your convenience.
⚪️Balcony: The outdoor balcony offers a cozy space to catch the breathtaking view of the sunset and the weekly (Thursdays) firework display in the summer. This is also THE SPOT to view the 4th of July fireworks. The balcony is equipped with seating and a small table, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink & meal.

🫧Once you stay in a beach property WITH a compact Washer & Dryer IN the unit you will not go back to lugging home wet clothes after your vacation! We also provide a LARGE washer & dryer on the 5th floor of the building, free for our guests. This is great for doing a large load of laundry or washing beach towels during a long stay. We provide detergent for a few loads - several stores nearby to replenish that.

*** Valid ID before booking, 25 year old minimum for all guests (aside from children with parents). Security guard at the gate reserves the right to turn away guests who do not have proper ID that matches the booking. No additional guests allowed


🏝This is a laid-back beach community where you can spend your days at the ocean, heated pool, tennis courts then have a relaxing dinner grilling at the Pavilion, listening to live music (in the summer) with other guests. Beach vacations don’t get any easier than this!

Beach/Pool: Beach chairs are available for daily rent on the beach March-Oct. There will be signs from the beach service company with the rates. I provide 2 chairs and an umbrella IN the condo for my guests to take to the beach. Pool is open 8am-10pm. The pool is heated year round as is the hot tub. Hosts are not responsibe if the pool is unavailable for any reason. Lounge chairs around the pool are for any guests of the building

⚠️Please note: we reserve the right to allow maintenance into the condo for any serious (water, electrical, safety) issues, or mandatory building services (pest control).

We do not refund for rain or inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Please refer to the cancellation policy if your plans change for any reason, we follow our policy. Highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE. We do not travel without it, and neither should you
