This fabulous adjoining condo has 2 kitchens, one that is handicap accessible, 4 bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms plus hallway bunks. One bedroom with adjoining bathroom is wheelchair compliant complete with roll in shower. Open floor plan on both for entertaining families and friends. This is the perfect location with amazing amenities. Each unit has a dream stocked kitchen for dueling culinary delights. The kitchen is stocked with Sous Vide, Foodie XL Grill/ Air Fryer, rice cooker, blender and crock pot. Coffee bar has drip and Keurig coffee makers. Don't want to cook? The dining options are limitless in the area with Pier Park right next door.

Barefoot is another RentRHouse property located on the 22nd floor of Calypso Tower III offering spectacular views of the beach, pier and Pier Park. This is the newest high-rise condo building in Panama City Beach, and has 3 super fast elevators at each end of the building. This is the perfect way to enjoy "America's Riviera". The beautiful pool, service area and cabanas will make everyone feel like a star. Convenient parking for guests and all supply stores nearby for a hassle free vacation. The gym is top of the line and will make your workout a breeze.

Panama City offers an abundance of things to do for all ages. Enjoy our top rated beach and clear, emerald green calm water. Volley ball nets are already set up! The sand is sugar white and the waters are teeming with a fisherman's dream. Excursion companies are conveniently located for the leisurely and adventurous bound. Boating, paddle boarding, jet skis, diving, snorkeling, fishing, dolphin watching, pirate ships, go fast boats, golf, theme parks, live entertainment, tours and more are available to fit everyone's "sand bucket list".

After memorable days, you'll really enjoy the sunset views from the balcony. Come enjoy all that Barefoot has to offer.

* A signed Rental Agreement and security deposit authorization is required within 24 hours of booking, or the booking may be cancelled at the owner's discretion. .

* No events, parties, or large gatherings. We do not cater to Spring Breakers.
* Quiet time observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book. We do not cater to Spring Breakers.

* NOTE: Many of our properties have Alexa devices, which are intended for recreational use (we don't record any activity).
Parking is $60 per car limited to 3 cars. Armbands are required (included) to access amenities for guests 12 and older.

Wonderful experience!

This was my first time using VRBO and I have to say, the experience was wonderful! The room was exactly as listed on the site. The host was very responsive when I reached out. Check in was super easy! As promised, there were beach items available for our use. Everything was in working order which made for a very pleasant vacation.

Barefoot for a week

We had a wonderful family vacation at Barefoot@Calypso! We brought our adult kids, spouses and grandkids for a visit. Absolutely, loved our pool and the available tiki bar and restaurant in the building! The food and drinks were amazing. Only hiccup was in getting our wrist bands and getting our door codes. We waited about 45 minutes past our scheduled entry time to get the codes for the door and took several times at the office to finally get our wrist bands to be able to use the pool! Karen was a responsive hostess and the condos had a perfect view from the balcony to watch the fireworks!!

Location location location

Perfect location to Pier Park and Gulf Coast Jam Concert. It was clean and spacious. Living room furniture needs replacing specifically the sofas. Other than that it’s perfect.

Outstanding

Very happy with everything this place had to offer. We have stayed in several condos but this one definitely stands out among the others. It was very well stocked with everything we needed with not only supplies but little stuff like sugar seasonings and etc. Perfect location if you want to experience pier park. Could not have been happier. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The host Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all so very much. Would recommend to anyone and will go back very soon.

Amazing Place for Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation and included several of our children and grandchildren. This place was perfect for the 10 of us. The home was fully equipped with everything we could need and was beautifully decorated. We were just across the street from the beach which was so convenient. Our host, Karen, was so responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We plan on going back next year!

Clean, Spacious, & great views!

This dual unit was so spacious & clean! We had 8 adults & 5 kids & we all fit perfectly. The beds were comfortable & sheets were clean. The kitchens were great & fully stocked, complete with a coffee maker that could break-cups & a full pot of coffee. Both units had balconies with spectacular views of the beach, the pier & Pier Park. We watched the sunset everyday. Speaking of Pier Park, the Calypso is great because it’s only a 5 minute walk to Pier Park. The pool at Calypso tower III was great. We went during Memorial Day weekend & the pool was so big it never felt crowded even though there were a lot of people. The pool-side bar & restaurant were nice & convenient. The beach was also great but it was a bit of a hike to get down to the beach. We were excited to see that the unit came with a beach wagon, beach chairs & beach toys! The wagon was a life saver for hauling all of our stuff down to the beach. Lastly, the only frustrating thing we experienced was getting our wrist bands which gives you access to amenities. We had to go to the tower III office to get them, which closes at 5pm. So I strongly recommend getting your wristbands immediately after checking in, otherwise you won’t be able to use the pool on your first night. Overall, we would 100% recommend this place & we’re definitely staying here again! The host was very responsive & helpful!! 5 stars!

Family Fall Break Vacation

Good experience except floors were not very clean, no iron and only 3 washcloths. Besides that very nice. Plenty of room, awesome location and awesome pool. Will definitely book again.

One bed was not touched prior to arrival. We had to repair a bed frame. Dryer didn't work.

I reported above concerns. Housekeeper didn't show back up to change the aforementioned bed. No one came to look at dryer, we had 13 people. We repaired 2 bed frames ourselves. Location, beach, and view was great.

Nice place But…

Condo was beautiful, and Karen was very helpful but we stayed in tower lll an they closed the pool over any inconvenience, while tower l an ll where open an people where swimming but we couldn’t. The people over seeing the pool literally hovered over us and watched us like a hawk the whole time just looking for you to break a rule. They were very over barring! Why sell floaties if they are not aloud in the pool? Or balls? When they are not aloud in the pool? For as much money as we paid to stay here, the pool shouldn’t have been closed as much as it was.

Great spring break!

We had two adults, and 8 kids ranging in age from 9-16. There was plenty of space for everyone, and everyone enjoyed their stay! The kitchens are both very well stocked with anything and everything you may need. The pool was very nice, and never got crowded. The pool side grill and ice cream shop were great! The location was amazing! We never had to use our cars because we could easily walk to Pier Park.

Barefoot at Calypso

We had two adjoining condos for 14 people. There was ample room for all. The two balconies provided views of the strip and ocean. It was less than a block from Pier Park for great food and shopping. The unit had beach towels, toys, quality umbrellas, tents, chairs and a wagon. The owner was very, very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Calypso tower 111

Beautiful condo with wonderful view of beach. Plenty of room for our family group of 10. Very well stocked with everything needed for our 5 day stay. Balconies were fantastic! Best I've ever seen. Great condo for family.

When we were kids, our family went to the lake almost every weekend. Our dad would drive down on a Thursday night to reserve the perfect campsite. With a little planning, several families that we hung out with would do the same. We all had campsites next to each other and it was filled with wonderful times at the lake. Warm and fond memories were made there.

As adults, we would talk about how much we enjoyed the lake and all seemed to agree we would like to have a house on the lake someday. My sister Karen and I went in on one together and to subsidize the cost, a rental lake house was in the works. We wanted a place for “family vacations” and for others to make memories, just like we had.

We bought our first house in 2007, remodeled it and decorated it to be warm and inviting. As it turns out, the house rented so well we never really got to use it during the summer. So we bought a second one and so the story goes. Many great options are available today.

Our goal is to give guests a great vacation experience and create recollections you’ll talk about in the years to come. By providing lake homes, lodges and beach properties that are designed for comfort, large families and friends are encouraged to hang out together and create memories.

As the company continues to grow, we noted the many returning guests. We thought it would be nice to offer additional places to vacation. Karen lived in Florida and with the beautiful beaches of the Panhandle, we felt that was the perfect destination for beach going guests.

We also design and decorate our homes with an atmosphere in mind that enables families to enjoy themselves. We offer exceptional attention to visitor's needs. Karen makes herself available to answer questions and requests at almost all times of the day. I don’t know many owners who do that! You’ll love your stay.
